    Right from the start this company has been horrible. They charged me three times by mistake for my house policy. They had trouble working with two home policies and got them confused constantly. I have been trying to update my policy for two months. I called three times. Two times I was told ****** would call me back. The third time I called I asked if ****** even worked there anymore. I was told she retired 2 months previously. So I was never going to get a call from her back. The person answering the phone laughed very hard at that. I told her it isnt funny because I have been working on this for months. Its my home and my money we are talking about. I found the situation disgusting.The only reason I gave one star is to write the review.
