      I was attempting to purchase 30 units of WHL-CLPU along with additional units of WHL-***** to bring my total order to $2,000 and qualify for free shipping.However, I noticed that the advertised price of the WHL-CLPU changed to a higher amount once I clicked on it.I contacted the company and spoke with ***** regarding this issue.I explained the discrepancy and asked for clarification.Instead of honoring the advertised price, ***** did not provide a satisfactory explanation and refused to adjust the price to match what was originally displayed.Desired Resolution:I would like Warehouse-Lighting.com to honor the originally advertised price for the WHL-CLPU units and ensure their pricing is consistent across their website to prevent misleading customers. Additionally, I request that they correct any misleading pricing practices so that future customers are not misled by inaccurate pricing displays.

      The price of an item may vary based on the specific components selected for the light fixture.  For example, selected wattage, fixture color, or light color may affect price.  Pricing may also vary given current promotions at that time.  In this customer's case, the exit light with green lettering had a promotional price of $25.99.  An exit light with red lettering had no promotional pricing and was listed at it's standard price.  The advertised pricing has not changed on this item for greater than a year.  Warehouse-Lighting is happy to honor the promotional pricing of $25.99 to the customer for the exit light with green lettering.  As a show of good faith, Warehouse Lighting also offered the customer a discounted price on the exit light with red lettering below the advertised list price on the website.
