  Personal interaction with sales rep and window-installers was good. The windows have only been in for a couple weeks, but so far I am pleased. Communication was, however, a bit odd and less than I'd consider professional. After paying the down payment, when the actual installer arrived to measure the windows, I was told I'd have to reroute the dryer vent, which had for decades been routed through the window. They said they couldn't help me; nor, when I asked to leave that old window in place, could they change the order. Essentially, I was trapped. I had to contract an HVAC person to do the job, which was nowhere in the plan (or my budget) when the sales rep sold me the windows. I was given a rough timeline at the time of sale, but there was no follow-up to confirm an actual installation date until, needing to plan around a work trip, I took the initiative to get a date on the calendar. Then, as that day approached, I received no message or call confirming that the installation would indeed happen. The installation team did show up, and they did a great job, but it was unusual not to receive prior notice. (I've had many contractor consultations and the standard seems to be to call or text ahead of arrival.) Overall, the installers seemed perfectly responsible, competent, and trustworthy, and those traits have earned my good rating. The product seems high-quality, as well. The "business" side of the business, however, seemed a bit unprofessional or perhaps disorganized. Perhaps just a matter of growing.

  Terrible, Window screen not fitted correctly,Can not get any service to help fix our screens. Absolutely horrible customer service, no one will help or even try to be helpful. We spent thousands of dollars on windows and cant get any help on their product, installed incorrectly and never fit correctly.We are so disappointed. Do not do business with The Window Store.8

  The process took longer than expected -- maybe 4 or 5 months from agreeing to purchase/ordering the windows to the finished install -- however, I am happy with the results. We've used this company before so are repeat customers. And now all our windows and sliding glass doors match. The men who installed the windows seemed to be very hard working and skilled. They kept us informed along the way. The windows look great and the ones we've had for years have continued to hold up well with no problems. Seems like a good product and service. However, I'd just set expectations that as with any home improvement, there might be issues that come up where it takes a little longer than you might have estimated!

  We recently had our windows replaced. Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. The employees at The Window Store where professional, freindy, and considerate. They finished on schedule as promised. We love our new windows.

  From customer service to supplied products to installation to function, were very pleased with the results of our kitchen and laundry room cabinet refacing project by The Window Store & More. Heres why:The operation teams responsiveness regarding questions/concerns was timely. Also, the project started within the anticipated window from time of sale (23 months). Another positive was they gave us a one-month advanced notice of the start date, so we had plenty of time to empty the cabinets and drawers, and they started on the exact date/time they had committed to. We had little disruption to our kitchen and laundry areas during the week-long project, giving us full use of the spaces. And, the company offered multiple ways to finance the project.Before starting renovation, the installer double checked that all product was delivered and correct, including the color (it was), making for a great first impression and kick-off to the installation experience. He took great pride in his workmanship and in the finished project, not only from a beautification standpoint but functionally too; he addressed fitment and finishing concerns (which were minimal) in real time. Plus, he thoroughly cleaned up the job site at the end of each work day.The materials and build of the products are quality. The drawer and cabinet facings, and in-cabinet maple pullout drawers are solid; and the door and drawer hardware is high quality, and operates smoothly. The only downsides were it would have been nice to have more detailed order sheets and to be able to see the aftermarket products at the time of sale to better make decisions on placement functionality. Working with The Window Store & More was an overall pleasant experience, were very happy with the results, and would recommend using this company to anyone wanting to update the look and functionality of their cabinets.
