5 starsDan was a great technician, first of all! He listened to my concerns and was able to answer my questions to my satisfaction! He was very efficient and even arrived early. He cleaned up nicely afterward too! I went with the company because of their BBB A+ rating! I am very satisfied with the work! now I just have to wait to do the test next week and make sure the house is safe!!

1 starSWAT installed a radon mitigation system. It didn't bring the radon levels down to a safe level. They sent a tech out twice to improve the situation. The radon is still not down to a safe level. They've scheduled 4 service calls since then and haven't shown up for any of them. No calls or texts to say they're late or not coming. Their customer service line people are rude and can't offer any type of resolution.SWAT Environmental

The price quoted by Michael ***** was more than competitive… The radon mitigation system installation by Colt was flawless, and he even made a good case for upgrading our fan without anything close to a “sell job!” We give SWAT our highest recommendation!Review fromSharna J

5 starsWe had an excellent experience with SWAT and, more specifically, Chase, the technician who installed our radon mitigation system. He listened to our request about where to locate the system and then proceeded with a clean and precise installation. At the end of the project, there was no debris to show that he had been in our basement. All told, he was in and out in under 5 hours. We're looking forward to a much better radon reading in a few days!SWAT Environmental

2 starsI reached out to SWAT Environmental to request to have a radon mitigation system installed in my house. I scheduled a time for a couple weeks after the initial phone call to have a technician come install the system. The day of install the technician showed up an hour after the scheduled arrival window without an apology or explanation. They also invoiced me for more than they were supposed to, as one of the things on their proposal didnt need to be completed. If I could do this all over again, I would work with a different company as they were unprofessional and tried to overcharge me.SWAT Environmental

4 starsThe end product immediately resulted in reduced radon levels from 3 - 4 (sometimes 5s) to 1-1.5 on day one. Installation went very well. Installer very professional But, Final installation configuration was not what I imagined prior. I expected floor location elsewhere. Preferred outside portion position away from local walkway. Informed price would increase for my initial idea. I also desired to have an airflow cap at top of PVC pipe. I was informed that is not something SWAT does. Now, I must install myself since I wish to prevent tree droppings and such from entering opened end. Also, it looks to be missing that finishing touch. Unfortunately, the back of house is three levels. It will be difficult but I will make the attempt. I would have been willing to pay that extra cost. Initial planning with telephone/online representative did not answer all questions. It would have been great to have a site visit beforehand. I was informed that was not possible. That would have cleared up a few things. Overall, it appears the final product is working.SWAT Environmental

Thank you for the good review. The technician does a site walkthrough to determine location prior to starting any work. This should have addressed any concerns or questions about system placement. We don't put a cap of any type on the top of the system as that is not recommended by radon mitigation standards. It can cause issues of build up by putting a cap or screen at the top. The constant air flow coming out diverts any animals or debris from entering.Review fromLynn Y

5 starsMine is both a tough house to find a decent place to hide the piping and a difficult install. Swat, though, did a great job with all around. They are prompt, deliver on their promises and reasonably priced. Highly, highly recommend.SWAT Environmental
