I purchased a ********************* dress on March 30, 2019 in the amount of $420.35 for my younger daughters prom. I was told to bring back the dress after prom to re-sell it. If it sells I am to receive half the amount back.My older daughter dropped it off along with her prom dress after prom in June 2019. The following year we went to Saavy Seconds to look for another prom dress and we came across our dresses that was dropped off in 2019. I wanted to take the dresses back but the owner told me to leave them there and she was sure they would sell.Then Covid began.I went back in May 2021 to pick up the dresses and the expensive ********************* dress was lost. Oh course she found the other less expensive dress. The owner said she does not donate name brand expensive dresses like *********************. She said she will look for it and call me. I have been waiting since May for a response from her. I message her and no response. I never signed a contract or anything saying she can donate dresses.It is obvious that she sold my dress and kept the money instead of reimbursing me half.I feel scammed by her.I tried to settle this with her but she does not respond.
