              Work provided was unacceptable and they will not return installation money of $400. The product was fine except they also damaged the item when installing.I do have pictures for proof and proof that the item had to be taken down and reinstalled. The product was put up and was all twisted and uneven. Nothing lined up correctly. When came back to try to fix they split the wood!! Unacceptable work from a company. I also have more pictures of the split in the wood. On my sons phone.

              H&K are super friendly and very helpful no matter how much wood you are buying. I've gone in there a few times to just buy a one off project piece and both the owner and her son were out there helping me move boards around to find the perfect piece.
