The ACP phone#************** a federally funded program, allowed a fraudulent wireless company/provider Prosper/ Prosperity Wireless phone #**************, take our private personal information from applying to their federal program to help us with our internet and or phone bill which an account was already done and active in ACP program to then somehow allow access to everyone on this programs private info to be taken by this fraudulent wireless company and used by who knows who to open second accts on top of primary acct already open in ACP program. Therefore ACP canceled our primary, legitimate accounts to give our program money to a fraudulent account. Making the original account seem like we are double dipping in the system to open 2 separate accounts with two separate wireless providers which is prohibited, therefore ACP turns to the legit account holder and cancels our help to pay our bill which many of us really needed. Yet the ACP is to blame for letting fraudulent provider Prosperity/Prosper Wireless access to ACP database with private account info. Which is being used to steal identification info to open second fraudulent accounts. I now had to file a Identity theft FTC report Reference #********* because my identity was stolen. It is ACP and Prosperity/Prosper Wireless's doing.Business response

I believe this complaint was filed against the wrong company. We are ACP (Acoustic Ceiling Products, LLC, **************), not Affordable Connectivity Program. Acoustic Ceiling Products, LLC sells home improvement products designed for DIY'ers. Please see our website at www.acpideas.com. I have purchased Aspect Self adhesive tile in August 2021 and November 2021. Installed in the bathroom in December 2021. I went to Europe in May 2022 and stay there 3 months . Upon my return I found 20-30% tile fall off the wall and break. On August 26 I send letter to ACP warranty in ******** ** with details of purchases. Now after two months nothing happened. I have spend $481.69 On this tile and had to take all down because adhesive did not work and advertised. I want my money back.Customer response

Good Afternoon,After doing some research with our accounting team as well as our customer service team, we were not able to find a letter from the customer regarding the issue. We have since reached out to the customer via email and phone, leaving messages at both locations.
