1 starWe registered for the 5 lawn application April 28th. The branch changed it to 4 applications because it was later in the season. However, they still did not complete our application until June 26th, two months later despite us calling three times and being told we were prioritized. The weeds (thistles, clover, crab grass, etc) have come back with a vengeance. We called July 19th asking for a checkback, and now July 30th we have still not received any return service or 2nd application. Every time I call I am told to be patient because they are behind and it can take a while for the applications to work. This is absolutely not my satisfaction guaranteed.Review fromLynn Z

1 starThe worse business! DO NOT USE! This is the 1st year we have used them. Our lawn looks worse than ever. We cannot get anyone to assist. They leave a messsge to call them back but you can never talk to anyone. It’s phone tag or email tag. We now have brown spots all over the front yard that we never had before. 5 starsSo happy they was reccomended to us. Lawn is so green and virtually weed free. The customers are treated with respect and they will give it 200 per cent to help you. I always contact Laura if I have questions or issues. Laura is so helpful and does everything she can to help you. 1 starStill waiting for second application. The lawn is over run with crab grass that their pre emergent did nothing. Have contacted them continously and have been promised someone will show up this week to "take a look," No one has and nothing has been done. This is ridiculous to have to get after someone to do the job they promised when we signed up for two properties. Neither have been taken care of. Don't waste your money. They have ruined my lawn.

1 starI do not recommend this company. They caused noticeable damage to my lawn and promised multiple times that it would be repaired. Despite several follow-ups, they never followed through. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely disappointing. If you value your property and expect reliable service, I suggest looking elsewhere.
