            IMO I would avoid doing any business with this guy. He likes to troll online then report response posts as bullying in order to get his intended target banned while at the same time admitting he saw said posts as "inpolite at worst". Not very scrupulous IMO.

            This is comment submitted by someone using a false name. This could be considered defamation of character as per Wis. Stat. ****** Defamation. (1) Whoever with intent to defame communicates any defamatory matter to a 3rd person without the consent of the person defamed is guilty of a Class A misdemeanor.

            The exact statement made by Robert Evangelisti is "I'll let ******** decide on your posts. I found them impolite at best." Yet the individual claimed he was bullied and/or harassed. So the review is 100% accurate. In order for it to be defamation there needs to be an element of slander or libel. That just does not exist here. *********************** may not like the review, but that does not change the fact that it is 100 percent accurate.

            Wisc Statute 942.01(3) (3) This section does not apply if the defamatory matter was true... *********************** should have kept reading the statute, before making an outlandish claim of defamation. Clearly, he admitted to what is contained in the review in his own words. That being the case what is contained in the review is true thus does not apply to any defamation statutes in ********* or anywhere else in ***************** for that matter.
