    Purchased and installed the bronze 8mm twin wall panels, I have purchased from other companies before and had shipping damage that was a major headache. Eplast was great to work with, everything went smoothly and the shipping crate was well constructed with no issues ! As others have said the shipping cost is a bit high today, but you have to remember the cost of the crate materials and labor to build that vital crate !! Thanks Dan and team

    Built 2 - 20 x 20 foot covered Pergolas using ePlast's poly-carb panels and connectors and end pieces...... All of which came well packaged and intact.. The poly-carb panels work as advertised allowing light but shading and keeping rain and debris out.. Dan was very helpful with the order and I'm 100% pleased with the service and the products... Its an expensive roof, especially the transportation cost, but hopefully with many years (they say about 10) of service the cost will have been worth it... **

    Prices for materials are great, is too bad that the shipping costs its almost 3 times the cost of the materials .

    Manufacturer dropped shipped wrong size panels. Dan gave immediate attention to this and correct product was shipped and received across country within a short couple of days. Customer service is trustworthy. Quick response is appreciated.

    So far, I have to say that the service from this company has been amazing. I had some questions before ordering, left them an email and the response was almost immediate. I placed my order and then a few days later realized I had forgotten one crucial part. I left another email and they responded immediately, with a custom order for the part I had forgotten and got it added to the original order within minutes. I have not received my order yet (I literally ordered a few days ago) but I am sure that if their product is half as good as their service, I am going to be very happy.
