- Due to the nature of the product, all sales are final. However, the company does provide a 3-day exchange policy. Exchanges are accepted within 3 business days of receiving your order. Shipment charges will be made on all exchanges by the customer.
Exchanges can only be accepted by email confirmation. Due to hygienic purposes, exchanges are not accepted for brushed, combed, washed, colored or texture dissatisfaction; only for items which are unopened and unused; all exchanges must be returned in the original package.
