    I took my shark vacuum cleaner on November 28th 2022 to get my cord replaced. They said it would take 4-6 weeks and I put down a $50.00 deposit. I started calling them in the beginning of January every time I called during there supposedly open hours I would get their voicemail I called everyday for 2 weeks and finally they called me back and said they would check on it and call me back, no one ever called me back. Towards the end of January I left another message and told them I needed my vacuum back whether it was done or not because we were going to ******* no response. I called periodically while we were in ******* always the voicemail I left messages and no return call. We are now home and I drove to their business and no one is there I can see my vacuum sitting there. I dont know what to do short of smashing their front door and taking my vacuum. Now when I call the voicemail is full. I dont know what to do. To hire a lawyer would cost me more than the vacuum. Any help would be appreciated.

    Harold A******** was contracted through our home warranty for an issue with our oven in mid to late 2020. We waited a while for parts (heating element) but that was expected due to shortages. I'm not sure of the exact date of "repair" but he replaced the part and was on his way. He did test the element prior to leaving, and it was heating. What I didn't notice is that the fan was not working after he had left. I called immediately and spoke to Jim and he stated that he would order a new fan and come back to install it. I left many phone messages (when his mailbox wasn't full) tried several times to contact them on Facebook messenger, and after all of those attempts I never heard back from him. Fast forward to January of 2022, we still have a broken oven. Whatever appliance you need repaired, I implore you to seek out another repair company. There is absolutely no customer service, or communication. If I could give them a negative rating, I would.
