Ive been taking my care there to get fixed for the same reason for the last 4 months. And Im being charged mostly every time 100 hundred dollars. The last time I took it they were supposed to fix the axles(both) and the air intake hose, but they didnt and charged me. The air intake they just glued it on there and turned off the check engine light. And another thing was the oil engine gasket, it was never fixed and oil leaks into the spark plugs and makes the car smoke. My girlfriend who takes care of her nephew, was in the car with her twice when the car smoked up. They are rejecting to fix my car, im paying them to fix it, and I also found out that when my car there to get fixed one of their workers took the car to their house, I found it outside of 6th and ******Business Response

The customer does have a ****** or ****** miles extended warranty. It clearly states on his service contract that every time there is a repair order, there is a $100 deductible he must pay. The warranty company will pay the rest. As far as the axle the customer is complaining about, we replaced it for the customer as a courtesy at no charge. We also waived the $100 deductible fee for the last visit. On this visit, we did an air pump gasket and a right front axle. If the customer has any more service issues, he needs to contact the office and make an appointment.
Thank you,

Since before purchase of vehicle on 6/19/2024, I let ****** know of issues that I found with the vehicle. The glove box is broken and will not open, the middle counsel is broken, there was a ***** in the cigarette lighter, the key fob was not working correctly, cylinder 4 began to misfire, the brakes made noise and were hard to stop, and the tires were old, no traction. Then 8/26/2024 I called to find out where my license plates were, and the *** has no information on my car. I then called the loan lender, and they also have not received the title. I called Reo and spoke to a receptionist who informed me that the manager **** said they should have the title sometime next week and then they'll be able to submit that for the license plates. When asked how a car can be sold without a title, in the background, the manage is telling the receptionist what to say and he said these things happen and to wait it out a little longer. After being told that, the call then ended. I have had this car 10 weeks and have no title, and only some repairs have been done on the car after many phone calls regarding the issues. Plus missed work due to car issues, one missed day being because of them replacing the tires and noting they didn't fix the valve stems. The next day, the tire PSI went from 38 to 8 due to a broken valve stem. I couldn't put air in the tire with my personal compressor due to the ***** being in the cigarette lighter.Business Response

Complaint Against REO Motors' Failure to Repair Vehicle I am writing to lodge a complaint against REO Motors for failing to repair my vehicle as agreed upon at the time of purchase. On March 5, 2024, I purchased a vehicle from REO Motors with the understanding that a defective front radar sensor unit would be repaired. Despite follow-*** throughout March and April, no action was taken until May 9, 2024, when REO Motors sent my vehicle to a ***** dealership. On May 14, 2024, REO Motors returned my vehicle, informing me they decided not to pay for the repair costs. They assured me they would order the part, which would take two weeks. On June 10, 2024, I contacted REO Motors about the status of the radar sensor unit but did not receive a return call. The following day, I spoke with salesman ***************************, who assured me the part would be ordered and the repair completed within a week and a half. Since then, there has been no communication, and my vehicle remains unrepaired as of July 26, 2024.The radar sensor is essential for Forward Collision Warning (FCW), ensuring accurate detection of potential collisions. Under Wisconsin law, dealers must disclose accidents and defects. ***************************'s invoice confirms the radar sensor malfunction and REO Motors' refusal to repair. REO Motors only paid for the full circle inspection, neglecting the critical $2,465.95 repairs.By neglecting these repairs, REO Motors disregards my family's well-being. It has been over 120 days with no resolution. I request immediate intervention, including confirmation that the part has been ordered, a timeline for installation, and assurance of prompt repair. I urge the ************************************ and other relevant agencies to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against REO Motors.Cc: State of ******************** of ************ Trade and Consumer Protection Cc: BBB of Wisconsin Cc: ******************** of Transportation Cc: ************************************Business Response

We are aware of the service issues with the customers vehicle. However, we couldnt locate parts for it due to them being backordered. This was the main problem with fixing the vehicle. Upon contacting the dealer last week, we found out that we can order the parts and receive them in a timely matter, which we did. The customer can contact ********************** to schedule an appointment to fix the vehicle at no charge to the customer.

I financed a 2017 ***** Silverado **** on 5/21/22.Ever since purchasing this truck I have had nothing but problem after problem with this truck. I returned the truck 1 month to them for brakes, they repaired it. About 5 or 6 months later I returned the truck back to them because of a sway bar problem, they fixed it. About 10 months later it needed another sway bar link, I had that repaired somewhere else and once taking it to another shop they showed me how someone wielded the sway bar link on the truck. I have receipts I had the front driver upper control repaired; I barely drive this truck. A tune up done somewhere else and found out it needed 3 coils and fuel injectors. When I had the tune up done the shop told me I might need an engine, so I thought of another shop to try to get money. So, I went to another shop to have a diagnostic check and they told me I need an engine. So, I went back to where I purchased it on 11/3/2023 and told one of the owners about it. He said, let us check it out, so I said OK maybe they're going to fix it. Sadly, they didn't repair it, the owner said they will repair it for $3800. I think this is a slap in the face twice, the first time is purchasing a used truck for that large amount of money and the second time is when the dealer is not repairing it for free. Who wants to finance something that large and the company not showing good faith on their part to fix the problem. The only thing I want is this huge problem to be corrected.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
For someone to purchase a truck from the dealership and the engine has a problem with in a 1-1/2 years, that is just not right on all levels. I don't think anyone would agree with the dealership offering to fix it for any kind of price. I think they should have fix it in good faith free for me purchasing a use truck for a large amount of $38,000 and this truck engine doesn't last 1-1/2 years. It looks like they're just another crooked dealership, that's not going to make things right regarding this engine matter. No dealership shouldn't be allow to sell a car or truck with only giving a customer a vehicle warranty for 30 to 90 days. This truck had many problems I took it back to they fixed the problems with no problem. I had other repairs done on the truck because I got tired of taking the truck back to them with all the issues. So, now it's a problem with the truck engine they want me to pay to have it repaired.I will let the finance companies aware of this matter regarding what happened to me so they can look into this dealership far as doing before financing another customer with them.
Whomever is checking or not checking their cars and trucks is not doing their job. I just wanted my truck engine fixed! Right is right and wrong is wrong, and this is totally wrong!

On April 5, 2023 I purchased the vehicle from Reo motors. Since I drove the car home that night I had to take it back to Reos to get serviced which has been over 6 times while my car was under their warranty. I complained of a noise I can hear when driving the vehicle that kept saying its not an issue there is no lights on and keeping driving the car. I repeatedly told them its not a light issue is sound that something is loose or coming a loose. I feel that they prolonged the situation until my car wasnt under the warranty anymore now Im stuck with a vehicle I have to pay a monthly note for that I am unable to driveBusiness Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I do not agreed to what you guys said for the simple fact that I have brought my car in multiple times and have complaints since April 5 regarding the same situation and every time I took my car in for service. The issue was not resolved continuously complaining about the same sound and issue that Im having with the vehicle and the last Mechanic drove with me. He stated that he did not hear a noise although I was telling him that I can hear the noise while in the vehicle with him Im not sure if it was because of language barrier, but I continued to bring the car in for service after the fact the last time I called I was told that you guys are no longer able to service my car because it was not under warranty anymore. Even though I try to get all issues resolved while it was under the warranty I have been getting a runaround. This whole entire time although I can take my car to get serviced by a different shop I feel that the issue should be resolved with ********** considering the fact that I have been bringing this issue to their attention since April 5th 2023. The ladies at the front desk always have a attitude and get smart with me when all I try to voice is my opinion about the vehicle that I have to drive daily that I dont feel like its safe because it constantly sound like something is coming to loose or already loose rattling underneath. I even asked the manager that was on duty at the time. If theres anyway that they can give me my money back or switch my car out this was still in April. He said to give them one more chance to fix the vehicle, and at that time when I got my vehicle back, the vehicle still had the same issue he didnt stated that he was going to make sure that my warranty did not start until after the car was completely serviced, which did not happen. I am currently not satisfied with the response, the service or anything at the moment I even went on ****** and social media to get other reviews after the fact, and multiple people agrees with me that the service is not all the way there and that they have issues with the cars from the time that they left the loc. I feel that Rio motors are getting over on people knowing their situation and the immediate need of a car at that time. They have you sign a contract and then act as if theres nothing they can do once you sign that contract.

I would like for them to actually fix the issue with my vehicle with no charge and not just take the car in the shop and have me pick it up with nothing fixed. I just called after I received the email and again the lady at the front desk stated my car is not under warranty and I can bring it they will charge me $100 to look at it and that does not include the service fee. Which I dont feel I should have to pay due to this being the same issue from when I first got the vehicle. Also feel that they should cover a month or two of my car note payments considering I bought the car April 5th I had to bring it back April 6th it was in n out of there shop from April 6th to the ending of May early June I wasnt even able to enjoy the vehicle the first month of having it and even after Im scared to drive it due to the sound it makes like something is loose or broken.
Im not able to work my second Driving drive due to that which I been missing out on income for the pass 6 monthsor I would like for them trade the vehicle or simply give me my money back.
