            I bought a Nissan Altima on April 23rd of 2021. On May 10th of 2021, I went to get my emissions done at a Kia Dealer and was told that I had a leak coming from underneath my car and that it was my transmission oil. On May 17th of 2021 my transmission went out and was spilling oil, went to a mechanic the same day and was told my transmission had cracks on it and that it was failing prior to me buying the car. I had informed the dealer and they approached me so rudely when I told them my issue, they refused to help especially when my car stopped in the middle of the road with the transmission smoking out with my baby in the car.

            I was scammed BY MILLENNIUM Motor Sales located at **** * ****** **** ***. Milwaukee, WI 53215. for $17,000 when they sold me a 2013 Dodge Durango. Within 1-2 weeks of driving the truck it began leaking transmission fluids. I called them immediately and they sent me to Toms Auto where they send their vehicles to get repaired. Mike at Toms auto worked with Millennium to prolong proper fixtures of vehicle scamming me for more cash to fix things. After I gave Mike an additional $620 my vehicle was still dragging and getting stuck in traffic. In fact, its stuck in front of my grandmother home after going to check on her. I called Millennium as well as the Auto shop they sent me to. And Mike finally stated that its the transmission and that will be an additional $4,000. "When you pay 17,000 for a vehicle from a car dealership, it should not go out within 2 weeks". Millennium violated the law by being deceptive on legal documents and by marking No to the condition of the transmission/engine. This issue has caused me emotional and mental pain and has affected my job/finances noting that i am now unemployed due to lack of transportation. It has also placed hardship on my marriage. If there is anything anyone can do to help with this matter please do so. Thank you for paying attention to this review.
