On October 27, 2023 I purchased a vehicle from Family Ties Auto Sales LLC in ********* ********* ***** around early morning 8AM From a selling dealer Agent by the name of GMULL Before purchasing the vehicle he let me know in a text message on ******** that in his words it ran great it had small issues but nothing major engine and transmission were solid & that it needed a motor mount and that the exhaust was a little loud but he would have it fixed the day of selling me the vehicle Upon purchasing the vehicle the morning of the 27th after filling out all the necessary paperwork for the vehicle GMULL Stated that the title would be with the paperwork he was giving back which was my copy of documents that I signed for the car he told me the vehicle was **** dollars but with tax he stated that it all came out to being **** dollars but on the paperwork it said I only paid **** dollars I paid for my license plate and title *********** Tax fee so total fee all together on paper says fee came out to being ****** I paid **** all together he charged me extra to send to his personal chime account in the amount of 336 which was kinda weird because why was I charged extra I didnt figure it out until after looking back at paperwork that it said I only paid **** on the paper . After purchasing the car I noticed that the engine light had turned on it was never on until leaving the car place the engine seems like it could go out over all just a unprofessional business I paid for a *************** plate that I never received still its the beginning of new year going in January my paper plate expires on the 25th of this month they still havent gotten back to me about my title or plates GMULL lied & told me I had my title in the paperwork I had leaving the lot after looking for the title I noticed it was never in the paperwork Ive had the run around from GMULL since contacting him about the license plate he responded once & told me threw text message that the title would be in the mail upon the next week but I never received it or even spoke upon the title yet to him even though just finding out he had never even given it to me from the start so now its coming in the mail Right I was reaching out to him about the plates he didnt even respond to what I actually was questioning him about I dont know when I will receive my title or plates Ive recently called last week Asking to speak with supervisor which come to find out was actually surprisingly him GMULL so once finding that out I knew I needed to contact BBB how are you a **************** cant help me to understand when I will receive what Ive paid for months ago to sum up the unprofessional situation he told me that he actually will have the hard plates for the vehicle he just cant give them to me until my paper plate expires which I dont understand why is that if it was that easy why did I have to go months without knowing that I can come get them he says which I feel is another run around due to unprofessional behavior Im reaching out for further assistance & information I paid for something I dont have which is very unfair please help me thank you
