We hired the agency to book a vacation for us to Ireland. Because of medical and religious exemptions we inquired ahead of time about vaccinations and requirements and were told there were none. Now that we are being told that we are required to be vaccinated and we are trying to find alternatives to our vacation. We have inquired about different dates for the trip and we have inquired about what the damage would be if we canceled our trip. The agency is refusing to call me or answer my calls and will not call the third-party tour company to find out what the damage would be unless we pay them a cancellation or change fee. We are unable to make an informed decision without this information and I refused to pay money because we havent even decided what we are going to do yet and cannot make that decision without all of the information. There is no reason they cant call the third-party touring company to get that information they are just being difficult. Apparently this is not the first time they have done this to customers. all we have requested is the correct information we need to make a decision. At this time we are choosing to fire and no longer work with this company but I feel there is no need for the stress we have been under and other people should be warned about it.
