The problem our townhouse complex has with always towing is that they are always towing illegally. Three years ago Berrada properties related our parking lot which resulted in every units spaces being reassigned and eliminated by one in which, since the 10yrs I have lived here we have had assigned parking spaces and NOT once in those 10yrs has ANYONE vehicles has been towed for parking in a space that wasn't assigned to them. Last year I even called Always towing and informed them someone was parked in one of my spaces and I had nowhere to park, always towing informed me then that they wouldn't be able to tow the vehicle because it has a designated sticker to be parked in this lot and that I just had to find some where else to park. I also have been contacting Berrada Properties often regarding this issue and never received an response. I was I forming them that Everynight I get home from work there's this car parked in my spot and that they would take care of it, a few months ago I got rid of my other vehicle and pleaded with them to switch the spot(#40) that I was paying for to my regular spot #8 since I still have this on going issue. Now always towing has towed Several units vehicle's stating that they are parked in the incorrect spaces in which everyone has been parking in the same spots for over a year and always towing has came out numerous times and towed vehicle's within this time frame but NEVER for this reason. Also the fact of over charging renters because they want to tow more vehicle's at once, so who ever vehicle is put on the flatbed get charged 100$ more than the car they are towing on the same truck and saying that they had to use special equipment is the reason which I know is a lie because of how often the use to tow my other vehicle and NO special equipment was never needed it was just who vehicle got picked up first and that's not fair in pricing. Always towing is illegally towing and over charging.  ******************

Because we do investigate all complaints, false, slanderous, and defamatory claims and/or statements will be prosecuted.
