            On May 23rd 2023, I went to Forest ******** for a pair of Redline Vogue Tires. I was told they would be roughly around **** dollars new and installed. It was about 12 noon, I was told there was a 2 hour wait and that they would call when the car was ready... Got a call around 3:15 saying the car was ready. Got there about 4:20 p.m to pick my car up. I could immediately tell that the tires were not new upon pulling up....None of the stickers were on the tires and they looked worn. I took video of the tires on the car before going in to speak with anyone. They man who I originally spoke with was gone for the day. The woman that was there had nothing but excuses for why the tires looked worn and offered no solution but to leave my car until the next day in which I wasn't comfortable with doing so. So I just paid for the tires and left. They charged me $1,780.42 for used tires. Can you guys please help with **** situation?

            BEWARE! Took My boyfriend's Mercedes SUV there to get the tires put on, had to go back a week later to get them rebalanced, when they gave me the keys, I turned the car on and there was a Malfunction light on. When they put the tires back on they broke the electronic connector to the rear shock and refused to get it fixed or reimburse us. They said it was bad luck that it happened under their care.
