  Jim respected my time per my request and provided a summarized orientation to Weatherpro Exterior and had clear no gimmic pricing. Nothing like sitting through a sales pitch for 30-40 min, only to be disapppointed by the estimated cost. Eric kept touch and answered any questions we had about the scope of work and what to expect. Jerome kept in contact to make sure we were satisfied with the information and services being rendered. You pay for what you get. The job looked great no more ninja squirrels. Antonio and the installation crew were fast and efficient and finished the job in one day.

  My wife and I hired WeatherPro to replace our roof. The old, existing roof that they will replace ironically sprung a leak over the weekend. Within a day, WeatherPro sent Nate out to repair the damaged shingles pending the roof replacement later his spring. Nate showed up on time, was friendly, and quickly fixed the problem with the old roof. Thank you!

  I recently left a review and it was removed because the company claimed my issues were with the previous company. They were actually with this one. They bought the company and when we called with a problem we were told they hoped we had proof as they didnt have to keep old paperwork. The manager was rude and accusatory claiming the problem was our fault for taking shortcuts but we never knew about the issue. At one point he dumped rotten leaves from the roof onto my head. He waited months to fix the issue failing to return our calls and telling us to work with a guy that wasnt even there anymore. We ended up paying to fix the wood rot ourselves and in the end they replaced the roof. The workmanship so far appears excellent but they fail the ethics test. When I left the earlier review the president called me yelling that now he wasnt ever going to help me with my other issue regarding the gutter protection problem. I dont believe he intended on helping me. After two weeks I texted for and update and crickets. I waited 6 days and texted again and left the review and was just told to be patient. Now he refuses to help at all and says Im hurting 50 families. At this point all I want is an apology for all the rudeness but hes not willing to trade the removal of all bad reviews for that so he is the one hurting his business

  I reviewed Weather Pro exteriors after I had several issues getting the new company that had purchased it to cover the warranty from work done by the other company. The president called me and screamed that because of the bad review they were never going to help and he was going to have the review removed, claiming the issues were with the previous company even though they were not. The problems were with the terrible way the new owner and manager treated us. Thats not fair. I tried a second time explaining it was the right company and again it was removed. I have a right to review them.

  I am a small business owner and WeatherPro Exteriors replaced the low-slope roof on my commercial property in 2024. Not only was the entire experience painless, but the quality, attention to detail and workmanship was next level. This was my first major renovation expense and therefore the decision to go with WeatherPro Exteriors was not made lightly. So many contractors wouldn't even call me back, or their communication was dismal. In the line of work I do, I needed strong communication so that the install would interfere as little as possible with my business operations. They listened to what I needed, helped me understand the process and scheduled the work to fit my needs. They continued to help me with the tuck pointing of the building as well. The building had an **** roof prior and after discussing with the WeatherPro team I went with ***. At first the white *** was a huge change from the black **** but in the end it was absolutely the right decision. My heating/cooling bill has gone down drastically, a clear value of the white *** and the added insulation. I can't recommend WeatherPro Exteriors enough!

  Our experience with WeatherPro began with an enquiry on our part. Jerome responded immediately and set up a date for their sales representative to meet with us at our convenience. Jerome sent a text advising when Heath (sales rep) would be arriving along with a picture of Heath and a brief description of his experience in the field and with their company. Heath arrived on time and was very informative about different types and styles of patio doors. Heath spent about an hour and a half providing information and measuring our patio door space. Both Jerome and Heath were very professional, courteous and informative about what and when we could expect from their company to complete this project for us. We were very impressed and believe we will be just as happy with their crew when the door is installed. We can recommend at least talking to their company about any outdoor projects you have planned. They will impress. ****** **

  Our project was new Marvin windows. The Weatherpro Exterior team handled the entire project professionally. From the salesman, to the installation crew, to the staining / finishing guys. Dave the production manager went so far as giving us assistance with an unrelated siding issue. His expertise was invaluable in helping navigate the maintenance side of home ownership.

  I recently had the James Hardy siding installed on my home in ********. Thank you and great job. The process and service was excellent. Thank you Roberto ******** for being transparent and very professional in your presentation and making sure all bases were covered. Roberto delivered on his promise and the house looks awesome. I had the opportunity to meet Dave and Brad from the home office and echo the the same professional approach to making sure the customer is satisfied.   I had 2 bow windows replaced. Dennis, Jacob, Luke, and AJ did a great job. When some unexpected problems came up, they handled everything great. Asked about my preferences, cleaned up was . excellent. I highly recommend these guys.
