      We went into Importaciones Yadiras On June 19th to purchase flower girl dresses for September 22nd. We purchased 2 flower girl dresses and paid $240. We were reassured that the dresses would be there in 2 weeks and I would receive a phone call. It is now September 13th and we still have not received the dresses. We asked for a refund several times and recently were told we would receive one: the week of September 5th we were told we would get a refund. In addition, I never received a phone call that the dresses were ready. When I went in after 3 weeks I was told "I told you I would call you." I went in 2 other times after that and the lady still did not have the dresses. The bride also went in 3 times after that and she did not have the dresses although she told the bride she did have the dresses and the dresses were at her house. When the owner showed the bride the dresses that she had for the bride the dresses were NOT AT ALL what we ordered. Each time we went to the store we were told to come back another day that week and the dresses would be there. Finally, the owner said we would get a refund and that was the week of September 5th. I was told she would pay me through cash app and gave all the required documentation for cash app through text message. Still I have not received our refund. On 9/13/22 she told me to come back in on Sunday, September 18, 2022. Going back and forth with the owner has been a hardship. I do not want to take this to court but would rather just receive the refund.

      The two mothers of my flower girls order two dresses for my wedding on Monday June 20th. They paid 120 each in cash. We were told it would take 2 weeks to come in and she would call us. She never called and 2 weeks had passed. One of the mothers lives close by, so she stopped in and went to check on the dresses and was told the dresses had not come and she would call. This occurred on Saturday July 23rd. Then I proceeded to go on Monday August 22nd, with the promise the dress would be there on Monday August 29th. Then I was advised to come in Friday Septemeber 2nd. I went again Saturday September 3rd and she told me that I should've brought the girls and to come Sunday Septmeber 4th. I set up a time to bring the girls Sunday September 4th and she says she waited all day long for me and was no longer at the shop. She advised us to come in on Labor day. On Monday the mother of one the Bridesmaids calls and she tells her she doesn't have the dresses but they'll be in Tuesday. They call Tuesday and she says come in on Wednesday. They went in perosn on Wednesday 9/7/22 and she still didn't have the dresses and she tried to give them the wrong dress. She proceeded to tell them to come back on 9/8/22 for a reimbursement. She then tells them to wait until Friday 9/9/9. My Bridesmaid calls and she tells them she bought the dress in ******* and they are not refunding her so she will not refund us.
