In May of 2020, Secure Parking USA was notified by BBB that there was a detected pattern of complaints. This pattern involved service issues, customer service issues and billing issues. Many complaints allege confusing or missing signage at the lots, lack of clear instructions, and an inability to reach customer service to assist with billing issues.
To date, BBB has not received a response for this identified pattern, and complaints are still occurring as of July of 2023.

We at Secure Parking USA care very much about our customer service. I reached out to apologize for the inconvenience. And explained when a customer receives a violation after making payment at our lot. The customer can email over their receipt and violation number, and I can assist you with voiding the ticket.
And I offered to refund the payment for the ticket.
