    Rude managers and disrespectful and unprofessional conduct and they do no communicate with each other to have three managers on site that is ridiculous! I had to sit here and dispute with my bank after being overcharged for 8 days worth of stays when I was only charged for 4 days so I don't recommend anyone stay THERE, because after spending *****. The things that they felt I was complaining about something small as breakfast you're mad about that and if I report you I have the right to do that and told me to never stay there again so I would say anybody who has kids and has a family or even if you're a single person needed somewhere to stay this would not be the place for you. Bad customer service all around-they don't have people's rooms properly organized based off of who's checking in and who's checking out and I had people walking into my room cuz they don't know who's staying over and just a complete mess

    Identity Theft Concerns Along with other issues noted in reviews ( Google has many examples) this business puts your identity at risk by not only photocopying your ID but by – apparently – having no privacy policy to guide the use of the photocopies, and the receptionist literally asked me why I was worried. Just for a starter overview of why we should all be aware of our DL#, see Experian’s webpage here: https://www.experian.com/blogs/ask-experian/what-should-i-do-if-my-drivers-license-number-is-stolen/ Given this, why did I stay? I had my passport with me and believed that my risk was minimized by using that while avoiding the stress to us of upending our trip on the fly. However, they need a solid policy on how to handle sensitive data and rigorous training of staff. During our 4 night stay this past week: Major Downsides - the sheets were dirty when we arrived; I was literally able to damp a kleenex and wipe stuff off them (outcome: housekeeping came; the issue was corrected within ~30 min.; however this is simply inexcusable) - keys stopped working after a day (outcome: was quickly corrected by front desk and did not reoccur) Other Downsides - the dirty bed linen that was removed at our request was left outside our door for hrs - it can be somewhat noisy; we simply kept the AC going overnight - only large towels, no washcloths or hand towels (on day 2 or 3 my companion asked housekeeping and was supplied with them) - moved a nightstand by the bed and it was very dirty underneath The Upsides - inexpensive - able to walk to downtown - frig - I lost my camera; 2 mins after losing it, I was back at the hotel and < 1 min later they had it to me (had to give a star for this) - unlike many others, we did not feel unsafe here, but we were inside our room by 8-9pm each night, and it was still light out; the danger on this street is that it is desolate at night, so if something happens… it might be caught on camera, but it’s unlikely anyone would be around to help.
