            I reserved a room for September 18 at this motel I payed ****** for what was soppose to be a suite the room had outlets with wires exposed the air conditioning front was broken and exposed the refrigerator had mold growing in it the dust and dirt in the room was horrible the bathroom window curtain was broken so they just took a picture off the wall and put it in the window sill cigarette ***** on the counters the smell of marijuana was Horrendous I I have contacted the neighborhood health department also the days in and suites complaint department The TVs didnt work and at the front desk they said just unplug them and plug them back in there were no towels in the room spiderwebs everywhere if Ive wouldnt have arrived In Milwaukee so late and I know the area better I wouldve found a different motel

            This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The area itself is not safe and the hotel is even worse. Before ever arriving, I tried to call 3 times to update the name on check in and no one answered. When we arrived, there was mold on the windows and the front door lock is busted so anyone can wander in as the stairwells are not locked (and people clearly do). The hallways were beyond dirty and smelled of cigarette smoke and weed despite the entire hotel being “smoke free”. The room itself had exposed wires hanging out of the wall, card reader held on by duct tape, no headboard or dresser, drawings and smudges all over the walls, and gum smashed into the carpet. Nothing was cleaned and we were hesitant to even set our bags down. This hotel has numerous code violations and is clearly falsely advertised online. We immediately walked out, asked for our money back, and had to book a new hotel. I would not wish this hotel on anyone and would highly recommend you spend a few extra bucks to stay somewhere safe.
