              This is a company that sends out the overly casual junk mailings wanting to buy your home, without properly identifying themselves as this business (thanks to Google, I was easily able to track it down), which is suspect Reputable companies use branded and transparent materials, not "me and my husband" and just their names. They also ignore do not contact lists, lists which exist for a reason.

              Hi ******. Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback. First and most importantly, we want to apologize that we upset you....that was certainly not our intention. You've brought some very good points up that we will be correcting ASAP. When someone contacts us to remove them from our mailing list, we immediately take action to remove them. Now that you have reached out, we will certainly stop mailing to you. I'm not aware of a do not mail list but I will certainly check with my mailing service to see if they can provide one. I appreciate your feedback ****** and your help in reminding us to always operate with the intent to create positive energy and not cause anyone unnecessary grief or distress. Take care.

              Thank you for response and commitment to do better. Please know that it's not that you upset me, and while I appreciate your desire to create positive energy, being transparent and having integrity (ie, identifying your company in your mailings) is where my issue is centered. Anyone you want to do business with is entitled to that. Your mailing company should know and adhere to **************** Association's (DMA) requirements and general marketing best practices and laws, which is not a big ask as ignoring those parameters can result in action against your organization.
