    I sent an inquiry to Computer Repair Specialists about getting my laptop screen fixed, and received a reply bon 6/21/21 from ***************************** indicating that they could fix it for me. I dropped my computer off on the same day. I received a call a couple days later indicating that the cost of the part needed to repair my computer would be almost the price of purchasing a new laptop, so I declined the repair and said I would come to pick it up in the coming days. I have made many attempts to retrieve my laptop since then, and as of today 8/23/22, over 14 months later, I still have not received it back. I have tried going to the shop during the hours the website and ****** says they are open, but there was no one ever there. I tried to set-up an appointment in August 2021 to pick it up on a Saturday-- I had another appointment right before my appointment to pick up my computer which ran late, and I sent an email indicating I'd be there as soon as I could. When I arrived about 15 minutes late, the door was locked and no one was there. I called the phone number and was told "sorry, we already left for the day".Since then, I have emailed many times attempting to arrange to get my computer back. I even let them know I was going to have my partner come pick up my laptop during their open hours since their hours are so limited, and I tend to work ***** hours per day. When I suggested that, they said that they would email my laptop to me (4/20/22).5/17/2022 I emailed to check on the shipping status because I still had not received it. 5/18/2022 they said " We will send you tracking info asap"6/27/2022 I emailed them again indicating I still had not received tracking info and I still need need my computer back. In early July, I went to the police for help. The officer emailed them and told them to return my computer to me. I still do not have my computer. When I go to their store, I can see laptops stacked on the countertop, but doors are locked and no one is there.
