            ****** came to our house to provide a service on our chimney. I paid him for the services. He then recommended that we have additional work done to our chimney. I paid him in advance for the services ($300+) via an online app. He said he would come next week to complete the work. This was back in November. Despite reaching out to him nearly weekly, he still has not come to complete the work. He has been ignoring my calls and texts. He has also made up excuses over and over again. At this point, I don't want him to come do work on my chimney, I just want a refund of the services I paid upfront.

After Daniel and his company replaced my chimney stack, water has been dripping down my chimney and ceiling. I have contacted him multiple times without result. I have inquired with a local ***** company to assess the workmanship and possibly issues. No flashing was administered, water is getting into an open crevice left after he removed my old chimney and put his 3 chimney blocks and cap.As the roof is not a place that you have ability to look over work. You have to hire a trustworthy contractor, ****** has not proven to be one. Be cautious, my mistake is costing me ****k to fix and replace his workmanship.****** and ******* disappointed east side
