JALC accepts all major credit cards, cash, checks, money orders and public assistance vouchers/payments.
Refund and Exchange Policy
From time to time, JALC will issue refunds for circumstances (i.e. overbilling, balance of field trips/events/activities and etc.) not under our controls. All refunds will be issued within 30 days of transacation taken place and will be issed in the form of a Center' Check in the name of the parent. Checks must be cashed within 90 days of issue or parent may lose their able to receive a refund. Checks not changed within 90 days will not be reissued to the parents. Parents have the ability to have their refund applied to their account, however, must provide a written notice within 30 days of transaction take place. JALC reserves the right to limit parents from issusing refunds to accounts who have an outstanding balance with the Center. JALC will apply the refund towards the child(ren) account balance.
