  This casino is so trash…they claim and have a screen where they show jackpots that was won but it’s all fake. My friends and I went and were keeping tabs of all the places they claim have won jackpots but it’s all a lie and can be used for falsely misleading people and information and since it’s showing false information what else can they be doing as well. Food is over rated and very expensive, hotel rooms are expensive and kind of mid. This casino is very misleading and definitely have been hiding information and to their PR team you guys know you guys are misleading people and you guys should be ashamed.

  There is supposed to be a game that every slot is able to get at random. I have yet to see this game. I have come down to play on the saturdays at noon.For this game, i've talked to other people.They also have not seen this game. If this is random, how can the whole upstairs Not receive a game. They tell you that they have games that you can win certain amounts of money and it's random, you don't need your card, but I've yet to see this game, and I've been playing since April. It is now June and I believe today is the last time for the game. Is potawatomi Going to actually let us play this game. Otherwise it's false advertisement

  We have had numerous winners for the Gold Breaker Promotion on Saturdays between noon and 6pm. I looked at your account and only see play during that time frame on Saturday, June 7th.   How do you come to a casino, spend 800.00 and not get 1 bonus?!? Lots of people in the area of which I played were all complaining. This place has become a sink hole for money. I’m pretty disgusted on how they treat their players. You def won’t win if they have drawings coming up. You’ll never win! Trust me!

  Sorry for the good review. I am a math guy, and I am good with probability. I come here and gamble a lot. I usually win $100 to $300 --once I even got up to $900. The trick is that whenever a person wins more than what they started with, they should walk away for a couple days. If a person is habitually triggered to the point that they cannot stop gambling, they are addicted to losing. They are addicted to losing because no matter how much they win, they will not stop until their money is gone. That said, the casino is pretty typical and has good food. The end.

  I'd give it less than 1 star if I could. This place cheats,to wish I could prove it some how. Super low pay back and not much fun. I wish there was some kind of investigation of this place. Something is just not right. Always busy with the same low payout all the time. This place has probably ruined so many families in *********, it's sad.

  Well being a soltice player years back and looking what they have accomplished now with an expensive casino that has super tight machines, it no wonder why they can spend millions to redecorate /renovate it, personally its over the top cluttered with machines etc, super confusing to know where your at between all the floors, I see why we get a decent amount to travel down plus hotel stays, their so called random number generator that's mentioned in canned statements to patrons that complain is a joke, all machines can be set for certain payout before they are put on floors with chips. Its no secret people. RNG is also designed by humans, ask ***** *. The smaller casinos with less revenue has better payouts to attract players, this casino really doesn't need it as much with the population of *********. when this casino was first starting out was a fun place and was a lot looser than now, look around the casino, no payouts hardly, but this fancy casino gets paid by all of us, sad. waited over an hour on a food order, complicated rewards program to use whats on the card for food. wont be in no hurry to stop down anytime soon

  This casino is by far the worst casino ever. They claim that their percentage of winning is the same for all casinos but what people dont know is that since its on Indian land they can change that percentage. They also say its a random number generator but they also alter that too heard it from a slot attendant myself. I advise people to go somewhere else ********** and ********* pays out better than this place. The only good thing they have is sports betting which they cant alter because ***** books makes the odds and they cant adjust it.

  Needs to be investigated, racism and discrimination against me.they have banned me over something that did not happen on the casino premises. Didnt even call and ask for my side of the story. Just automatically banned me for life. I will be taking this to an attorneys office. Enough is enough .will have a attorney look further into this matter

  Hello ************** casino ban that is submitted goes through a process. An investigation takes place and the results are submitted to the ************** which is comprised of representatives from multiple casino departments. The information is reviewed and the committee votes on the ban and the duration of such ban. Your ban is permanent and any requests submitted to review that ban will not be considered. Since you mentioned retaining an Attorney, I will share our process. Once you retain Counsel, give us a call to share the Attorney's name, Law Firm and contact information.   This casino is trash no one wins here at this casino. All 3000 plus slots that they have here are rigged to make people lose so they can renovate thir expensive *** casino and hotel. I advise people to play at gas station slots at least they have better chances to win then this casino. Hotel is expensive $132 on a weekday night and $320 on a weekend, food is also expensive their new rock n brews restaurant is horrible the food their look’s sloppy and over priced. Their food court a double cheeseburger with a handful of fries is $14 bucks $2 for a soda when they serve free soda in their casino everything is a money grab here at this casino.

  Again this casino is ******* trash…of course is all on luck…my *** please don’t give me the whole story about luck especially when you guys know and operate a casino and making sure there is low pay out..you talk about promotions 20 dollars for a whole month in 5 dollar increments per week sure that definitely sounds pleasing to come to this casino and test out your luck. Other casino have better overs heck ** casino offered me 50 dollars in slot machine play what do you guys offer…yea I thought so ******* scammers. I know how random generated numbers work but what I also know is that your attendants can make sure that random generated number function can be fixed which gives you guys the edge.
