Refund and Exchange Policy
Return Policy | Non-Custom Built Items
ORDERS UNDER $299: You may return new, never powered up, never turned on or mounted, unopened items (non custom-built-items under $299) sold by 12voltbeyond.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returnedin their original product packaging with all included accessories. 12Volt & Beyond, LLC will also pay the return shipping costs if thereturn is a result of our error, otherwise customers are responsible forreturn shipping costs. please contact us by email at [email protected], and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label that you can print out.
ORDERS OVER $299: You may return new, never poweredup or turned on or mounted, unopened items (non custom-built-items over$299), there will be a 15% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs as well as restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeksof giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases youwill receive a refund quicker. This time period includes the transittime for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 businessdays), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process ourrefund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail ofyour refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
PayPal/Credit/Debit Card Orders being Returned
PayPal has recently updated their payment processing terms to read:"In line with industry practice and according to our updated policy, wewill not charge a fee to process refunds, but the fees from the originaltransaction will not be returned. This policy will not apply toduplicate transactions, voids and most disputed transactions. You canreview the PayPal User Agreement for more information on our return policies."
Therefor, if a customer changes their mind after purchase and wants arefund, the refund shall be the full amount they paid minus (-) theprocessing fee's that we have paid to PayPal. If a customer wishes tosimply swap items within the price range of the originally purchaseditem, no fee will be charged to that customer. We apologize for anyinconvenience this may cause, but we have absolutely no control overthis issue with PayPal.
Return Policy | Custom Built Items
If your custom-built-item has not yet begun to bemanufactured you will be charged a 5% processing fee for refunding yourpayment.  If your speaker or enclosure has begun to be manufactured, oris finished, but has not shipped, you will be charged a 30% refund fee.If item has already shipped, you will be charged the 30% refund fee plusall applicable return shipping costs. Some manufacturers do not allowreturned products that are custom built. We will let you know if yourreturn has been accepted by the manufacturer or not. Unfortunately thisis not under our control and may cause some inconveniences if you orderthe incorrect item. Please contact us with any questions prior toplacing your order so we can be sure you can avoid this issue.
Cancellation Policy | Item Already Shipped (In Transit)
If you cancel an order after it has shipped and in transit, you willbe responsible for the cost of shipping, and return shipping back to theoriginal shipping + the shippers STOP SHIPMENT return fee. Noexceptions will be made.
