              On 05/19/2023, I placed an order with 12 Volt and Beyond. Unfortunately, due to my location; the company was unable to ship my address due to the location, The order was subsequently cancelled and my account has yet to be refunded as of today 06/08/2023. I have made several attempts to contact the company in addition to my bank which they are not responding. The last email communication that I received from them was May 22, 2023 advising my refund has already been processed and it will take 3-5 business days. As you can tell, we have exceeded that grace *******

              Great online source for car audio. Has a variety of payment methods and some alternate financing. My first time ordering here and have to say it was a great experience. Everything was shipped promptly. Everything arrived in great shape but I had a small issue arise where one of my smaller items was accidentally left out when shipped so I emailed 12 volt to inform them of the situation. Jordan the owner quickly responded back to address the issue. Great responsive customer service and will definitely return for purchases in the future. You cant go wrong here. A+
