1 starThis company is the most unethical and amoral place I have worked. They break the *** Labor Laws/Commerce laws and yet they get away with it. **************- the Head of Experis is well aware and I wrote him. No response. He should be held personally libel for this actions too.Why do big firms get away with not sending COBRA information or verifying unemployment? Why is he NOT in jail?Review fromGen J

1 starThe recruiters who work at manpower do nothing but lie to the public. These people led me on a goose chase for six weeks making me think that I had a full-time job. Not only did they misadvertised the job on indeed but multiple recruiters lied and told me different things about the job. I did a full background check including fingerprints. I want all that information removed from your office and the hiring companies records. I have a feeling they did all this just to get my information whatever they plan on doing with it. But you placed an ad online for a full-time job when it is all on call is definitely being dishonest. You could’ve easily listed that the job was on call for every shift. But instead you made me believe that I had accepted a full-time job. There’s really no excuse as I talked to multiple people and was told different things every single time. The people who work here is scammers. They hide at home because they do not work in the office. They don’t really care how they come off to every individual because they think that they are getting away with that. I am demanding that you delete all my personal information or I will be taking this up with a lawyer the Better Business Bureau and any other government agency that will have my back. What you did to me was morally wrong and illegal. I could have gotten another job during that time frame. *** you are a dishonest person!Review fromTom W

1 starThey sent a fake resume that they created without my permission or knowledge to an employer I interviewed with. It listed none of my real experience, only a bunch of fake jobs in another state. They didn't include my degree. I couldn't get through on several of their office numbers. This place is a scam. If they reach out to you, be aware that they are scamming both you and the companies they are doing business with and if you want to participate, act accordingly, you are in the presence of filth.Review fromShirlen D.

1 starI don't recommend this company for anyone because I have worked through them and I was let go of my first assignment due to family problems and I ask the company to send me to the other companies that they had posted on there web site and I was refused.Review fromDeAndre R.

1 starPosting this both to expose this smoke and mirror excuse for a temp agency and so I can add to the already stressful pile of situations that come with dealing with ManPower. For starters I pretty much on boarded myself have everything saved and documented because all these people do is lie. I’m actually surprised they’re even in business after some of the reviews I’ve read and trust I very much wish it was too good to be true. I will do my very best to keep this within the lines of respect out of principle and principle alone so it’s understood. For one I have never been an Employer very much on the employee side of the field. And also very much sent Employee i9 forms to certify and onboard myself even was told exactly what to do step for step play by play by a Manpower recruiter (all emails saved) my primary email being for myself and my alternate email being an employer certifying myself. Now I’m not the sharpest knife in the drawer but when I was working for New Leaf Staffing Inc also a temp that contracts with Tesla I did absolutely nothing close to that because it was taken care of/ emailed to me very much by my recruiter. Now I assure you all this people have the only supervisor in 29 years of life I have lived that nobody has seen, spoke to, knows how, or heard of, the min you ask to speak to him. Instead they pass you off to their friends idk if we as employees have the power or right to request audio from those recorded lines but it’s everything from flat out being hung up on to every one of them acting like they don’t have a clue. One was so much in a panic that she forgot to mute things on her phone after asking me to hold and was clearly talking with somebody via fb messenger hence the one app that makes the same noise when notified. Confirmed it by hanging up after I asked n told her that I’m 29 n very much have a fb like the rest of the world??????? Haven’t been paid for my hours sending it to the wrong direct deposit??????? How do I fix this legally??Review fromDonna R.

1 starYes My Experience with this staffing agency was horrific! The Young lady named Andrea was very, yet unprofessional when I had an incident I walked away from the job she sent me too! Their was a situation I had walked away from while informing the team leader at the job site, and immediately calling Andrea (The staffing agency rep) and she only cared about the job I had left that day due to my safety, was Very Inconsiderate, and never called me back for a another job at all. The Knoxville, Tn location Seriously needs new staff, and a major evaluation, along with a background check, because they literally just hire any criminal off the streets!David S

1 starLost my information for onboarding 3 times. Mixed up orientation date worked for a month still not paid. Sent payment to wrong address. Told me to go to the place they incorrectly sent it to see if it was there. Was told to contact Post office about its arrival. Was told checks couldn't be cancelled so that I could be issued another one and feed my family and keep from being evicted out on the streets. We just want to work not be evicted and feeds our families.Review fromJos M

1 starMANPOWER HAS MISSED PAYMENT FOR THE SECOND TIME IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS. I was hired as a temp. My recruiter, Victoria ****, doesn't know anything useful but expects me to know information that was never shared with me. I've never gotten so little information about an assignment before and I've worked for a few. Most recently, I only got paid partially for the previous pay period and rent is due. My recruiter tells me everything has been handled with the utmost urgency and I should be getting paid today. I call the call center to inquire about the details since my recruiter says she can't release that information and guess what...they have no idea of what I'm talking about. My COVID pay request I placed 2 weeks ago is still not approved and they don't know when it will be because they are backlogged. This is all despite the fact that they told me it would take 1-2 pay periods. Meanwhile, the expectation is to show up ready and on time for assignment every day while they make money off of my labor. Temps are treated like chattel. I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN PAID. The CEO ASKED me to email him. I did. He never replied. Manpower is rotting from the top down. The call center is also a farce. It's an automated black hole that doesn't get you anywhere, only frustrated AF. If you are able to get through to someone on the pay line, they're oversees. I can't even get my recruiter on the phone. They do everything through text. If you call the office line, it's the same story. You select to speak to a recruiter and it brings you right back to the start of the menu or ask you to leave a message that I highly doubt will get returned. Forget about trying the corporate number where the operator never picks up and any names you enter in the directory are not found. This company is exploitative. It wants bodies but not to be accountable to those bodies. DO NOT ASSOCIATE YOURSELF WITH THESE FRAUDS AND THIEVES. YOU WILL REGRET IT.Review fromShaun F

1 starI'm a current contractor for manpower working for Vega in McPherson Kansas. From day one my recruiter messed everything up because I didn't get paid for 3 weeks of working since none of my information was entered right and I was told it was a system error until I found out later it was completely the recruiter Ginger *****'s fault. To this day she still has not owned up to it although we know all the facts now. Once that was resolved kind of, because they are remedy was to have my funds MoneyGram finally but they still have not paid me the full amount for my very first check, and I was getting paid through my direct deposit as I am supposed to. Now here it is 3 months later and since day one I have asked about being able to change my tax allotments. I have never had access on their website through the portal or just going on Google as information they gave me. My recruiter Ginger ***** again said that she would have to contact higher up and find out why, apparently she did so and they reset everything so that I would have access to be able to change my tax allotments. In doing so apparently according to the 800 customer service number she also reset and changed my pay information to go on to a card in which I never received and has never been activated. Is there a reason why fraudulently a card was opened in My name by this representative and my funds put on this card so that manpower is telling me I got paid although they can see I never authorized a car to be sent and it has never been activated to be used. Essentially at this point I am working for free, they refuse to do anything at all to get me the funds that are owed owed! I have spoken with my attorney as well and the only thing that she states that I have as options are to take it to small claims court which will take a number of months in itself but meanwhile I'm broke, the company doesn't care, to them just another day, and as I stated to them I do not appreciate the fact that they so easily play w lives
