    ************** "SAMICO LLC"Owners *** and Mo business model based on broken promises are not a good business model. I had my vehicle returned back to me on March 10th after days in their shop, and March 11th my car broke down first time back on the road 17 miles later. I was towed on Interstate 794, thank goodness for ********************** I own a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee with ****** miles as of March 10th. As of March 11th, I have ****** miles and the engine is totaled from East Side Autos repair work.I have been seeing them for my check engine light on this vehicle from November 2023 to March 2024.I have spent over $1,500 on fixes which lead to my engine failure, now the dealership wants $11,580 to replace the engine. ************** says this is not their responsibility, even though they were working on my vehicle 24 hours before it the engine is totaled, 17 miles into my drive from them. It was towed back to ************** from the Interstate on March 11th, then I was informed today March 19th that my vehicle is totaled.Current trade in value is $22K and they want $11,580 for engine replacement.************** said it is not any of their responsibility, and my insurance does not cover mechanical issues by other peoples work.So in short, I have paid ************** $1,500 over 3 months, to cut my car value in half from $22k to $11k with a totaled engine.

    June 04 2021 I took my truck into this establishment to get pricing information on body work for my 2004 Dodge Ram. I spoke with Mo who walked around the truck with me. He said come back in a couple days. I did. He had a print out of his quote which was $4475.33. I did not agree to that price. Mo said it wasn't going to be that much that he was going to get "after market" parts, and that it wouldn't cost that much. He then crossed out the $4475.33 print out quote and wrote in $1800.00. I then agreed to that price after Mo told me I would still get the same work done. They started work and truck was sitting unfinished for over 2 months. I went to see what the hold up was. Mo apparently had to leave out of country personal issues. Mo's father who was there when I went to check on my truck told me this and that Mo would be gone for 6 months. I am still waiting for the rubber piece that attaches to the front bumper. The paint started peeling off and the paint had run lines in some places. They did touch up work instead of the whole truck as Mo told me. I have paid in full the end quote balance but the work is bad and I keep getting the run around every time I call or stop in the business. I am not sure how a person who is leaving can not update the other people at the business what was agree with me and when it was going to be fixed. I am frustrated and feel I have been extremely patient talking with who ever was around or if I was lucky enough to get an answer on the phone. But no results!!! Trust is not an option here. I don't think because I was told a lesser price deserves lesser professionalism. Not a happy customer.
