I was given two estimates to fix my vehicle ***** ****** rav4- I asked for the lower one because I didn't want some work they quoted. I dropped vehicle off on 11/13/2023. Reminded them I only wanted what was on lower quote. ***** s said it would be done on 11/22. I got a text saying it wouldn't be ready till 11/27. I texted back " that long for just rear bumper?" No response but car was ready on 11/22. I found out they charge ***** dollars per day for storage. I picked car up and they said it was almost 3 times estimate. They got paid ahead of time for parts(532.66) they charged me for paint and paint labor for a rear bumper that comes in same color as vehicle. I said wasn't going to pay and they locked the door saying if I wanted to take vehicle I could drive thru their door,pay for damages and would call police. I had no choice because needed vehicle. They also told me they never gave me an estimate of $1275.35. the balance should have been roughly $700. Instead it was $3229. I tried to get on their website but is wasn't responding( tried on 3 different devices) They are not part of BBB. I have asked other people if they know about *****'s and most told me to not go there. I din not set this up, a friend borrowed my vehicle and damaged it. He took it to them. I can get a written statement from him saying this
