*************************************************************** is what the complaint is about. on Behalf of my daughter ********************* ****** living in unit 6. The property was sold. The property still automatically withdrew funds from ******** account for Rent 10/1/2022.****** states no notice of sale of property and what to do for rent. She asked building manager ****** what to do he said get a money order and send it to the new property owners as a provided address. She did this and then the old property company took her funds out of her bank account putting her negative for a months rent. She cannot get ahold of the previous owners. The bank is investigating but there seems to be no resolution at this point. WE ARE TALKING A COLLEGE STUDENT HERE so funds are limited. we are displeased with this property, my daughters car was flooded in the parking lot 3/2022 so she went without a vehicle until just recently when one was donated by a family member This owner did nothing about that and no signage to avoid parking in that area near drain during heavy freezing rains. We are looking to get her month of rent reimbursed since she paid it to the new owners and the old owners clearly did not communicate the transition plan for the sale and who tenants should be paying .
