              On Monday Dec 20th the company came out to fix my sewer pipe clog, put water down the pipe, airbaged it, the pipe blew water back at them. 10 minutes worth of labor. So they said theyd be back Tuesday Dec 21st at 8-9 am. At 9:29am a person called and said that it was to cold for the machine and that they be there between *****. At 12:32 called them, they said theyd load up and be there soon. At 1:30 they were called again, he said they were just backing up to the trailer. Around 2:15 they showed up. Got the machine going, blew ****psi (or so) in the pipe, could only get it down so far and said there was either a trap or the pipe has a bend in it. Maybe 10 minutes worth of trying. That was all that was done, no effort trying to make the water jet work. Then I was charged ******

              MY WIFE CALLED TO HAVE OURS PIPES SNAKED OUT WHEN THE TECH SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY ON TIME HE FOUND A SMALL LEAK IN THE WATER SOFTNER AND PROSEEDED TO FIX IT. WHEN FINNISHED MY WIFE TOLD HIM ABOUT NOT HAVING GOOD WATER PRESSURE IN OUR SHOWER HE THEN WENT TO TAKE A LOOK AGAIN IN THE BASEMENT AND FOUND THE REASON FOR THE LOW PRESSURE AND FIXED THAT AS WELL. HATS OFF TO YOUR COMPANY AND AWESOME EMPLOYEE FOR GOING THE EXTRA MILE FOR THE CUSTOMER THANKS AGAIN TOM R****** JANESVILLE WI
