    On July 18, 2021, we purchased brand new Kitchen Aid appliances from Shumway Appliance in ***************, which included KitchenAid ****************************** Stove, KitchenAid Dishwasher, and a KitchenAid Refrigerator. We paid the total amount upfront of $8,117.60. We were told by both the owner and Rich that we would have ALL of our appliances by the holidays since they were ordered in plenty of time. To date I have yet to receive the KitchenAid refrigerator. I have followed up on several occasions, only to be told that the scheduled delivery date has now been pushed to the following month. This has been going on since September of 2021. The latest email I received from *******************, the salesperson at Shumway informed me now the estimated date is October 14, 2022. It has now been one year and 2 months since we ordered our KitchenAid refrigerator. I have researched this on my own and understand that this specific refrigerator is on backorder; however, I have also read reviews where others have received theirs even over the last few months and last year as well. I did speak with a Sales person at ************* here in **********, who informed me that since I have ordered mine from Shumway in ******, Brothers Main has received at least four of these same refrigerators and delivered them to customers, so they are available. I am also concerned because I know from conversation with the owner **** that he also ordered one a couple of weeks after I ordered mine. I am hoping one has not come in and he took it for his own and I am still having to wait on mine. This is ridiculous that they have been holding on to $4,139.96 of my money for over a year and I have nothing to show for it. They do not reach out to me to give me an update on the delivery. I have to reach out to them, only then do they inform me. It does not sound like they are ****** concerned about following up with the company and putting pressure on them for this delivery either.
