In January of 2023 I met with ***************************, owner of Six Roses Tattoo to discuss a design and start the process. We agreed upon a design, a down payment of $160.00 cash and two follow up dates to do the work. On 3/15/22 I contacted ****** to confirm my appointment on 3/21/23 at 10 AM and I asked how much cash to bring for the next installment. He confirmed the appointment day and time. On 3/21/23 @ 7:28 ****** texted to cancel the appointment and gave me the option of coming in on the next Monday at 8:00 AM. On Sunday prior to the appointment ****** texted me to confirm the appointment and asked ******** an hr later and I agreed. On March 27, the day of the appointment at 8:14 AM, ****** texted me to cancel again. This time I had taken the day off work and lost a day of vacation. ****** rescheduled again for 4/4/23 @ 1:00 PM. At 7:34 AM on 4/4/23 ****** texted to cancel again. I asked for my money back at this time. He said he had billable hrs in the design and wouldn't give me my money back. I asked for the design then and he agreed. I proceeded to post a negative review on his ******** page and on mine. He then responded and told me I now lost my design. At 8:00 PM he relented and told me I could pick up the design today. I replied I could be there at 4PM and never heard a yes or no. I left my house at 3:00 PM today and got to his office at 3:45. At 3:50 I went into his suite and waited till 4:05. He didn't show up. I waited in the parking lot until 4:15 to see if he would show up. He didn't and hasn't contacted me yet. I'm currently out $160.00 for a design I haven't even seen, one days vacation and 3 trips to his office which is 28 miles one way.
