      Oct 24,2022 at 1:17pm I filed a no fault claim with my insurance company aaa when I was done with my claim I was given a claim number #********* and I was given a claim adjuster *********************** ************ on the same day *********************** had given me a call in the evening time she asked for my information and I explained that I have insurance on 2 vehicle full coverage on my new car a 2014 ***** Equinox and I have liability on my old car on it last leg a 2008 Buick Lucerne so when *********************** look up my information in her system she then stated well there is a a mistake with your insurance and I asked how she said well I see that you have liability on your new car and full coverage on your old car so I said well that wrong and why would I put liability on a new car and full coverage on a old car that's on its last leg so *********************** told me I have to go back in the office on tomorrow because now the office is closed to see the agent that did my insurance to have it changed so I went in on Oct 25,2022 and I explained to ********************* that he had made a mistake on my insurance and that he had did the insurance backwards ********************* did state to me in a letter that he met with me in the office discussed May 25 in the office meeting in which a **** ****** was being replaced with a 2014 ***** Equinox and *** said she instructed agent ********************* (me) to add full coverage and liability to the 2008 but that was not done we did make the correct changes on Oct 25,2022 but still later I still had problems I was now told that the changes had to be dated for Oct 24, 2022 in order for my claim to be approved so now that change was not done so then I'm told tell *********************** to submit the paperwork for agent Error and that was not done so now after calling aaa on several occasions back and forth now no one from aaa wants to claim fault so nothing was resolved and now my claim is denied because of my agent ********************* mistake so now I'm blamed for something that I didn't do he did j.z

      Hello

      **************** per notes the claim department has made a decision regarding your claim. You have reached a portal where we don't have authority to override any decisions regarding your claim. This type of complaint would have to be address by a manager not an adjuster. I don't show any notes from a manager stating a conversation with you. Once a decision is made, we can't override that decision. I advised you contact your adjuster and find out what would be the next steps to your denial.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear I have spoken with *************************** a manager on several occasions and nothing has been done and even still my paperwork is still incorrect there are still things that agent ********************* still didn't fix my insurance paperwork are still wrong and things were done and added without my consent by agent ********************* I have made several attempts to fix this matter since Oct 24,2022 this company has lied and don't want to accept that their was and agent Error by **********************;

      WE RECEIVED THIS SAME INSURANCE COMPLAINT THROUGH THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL AND INSURANCE SERVICES AS WELL.  SINCE DIFS IS THE ***** IINSURANCE REGULATOR WE ARE REVIEWING THE COMPLAINT AND ARE REQUIRED TO RESPOND DIRECTLY TO THEIR OFFICE IN WRITING.  DIFS WILL DETERMINE OF WE HANDLED THEM CLAIM COMPLIANTLY WITH ***** LAW.  THANK YOU, AAA-THE AUTO CLUB GROUP

      AAA left me, my wife and my child abandoned. After waiting 2 hours on a busy freezing freeway with our seatbelts on hoping no one would run into ** they canceled our service request and no phone call. At the 1 hour point, the sheriff's office got my wife and daughter off the freeway. After 2 hours and 20 minutes, I walked off the freeway to go to a gas station and called for a taxi home. Not a good way to celebrate Veteran's Day. I was denied service. Lied that about having my car picked up, being towed, impounded or stolen. It was later towed 1 day later.

      On 11-10-2022 my car broke down in *******, **. My boyfriend was driving, and left the car in a public parking lot. I called AAA at approx 5:35pm CST. They kept pushing back the pick up time. All while telling me that I had to leave my keys in the **** ****** open. In *******, the capitol & second largest city in Wisconsin. In a shady side of town. Finally, they picked up at 11:41pm CST. From ******* to my home is 47 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later, I had to call AAA back. They got in contact with the towing company, I believe its "Finish Line Towing" and the driver "Had an emergency" and was just now on his way, and would arrive in another 40 minutes. That will be 2am!! When I have to get up at 430am for work! No phone call what was happening, no updates, NOTHING. With the exception of ONE TIME, every time We've had to use AAA its been a disaster!! Last time they left us stranded for 10 hours in a tornado!! This is absolutely unacceptable. Every time I called the towing company, they said "AAA is the one pushing this back" what they were doing is taking people who called after me & putting them ahead of me. I can't believe this service. You are responsible to make sure my vehicle gets from point A to point B in a timely, effective, safe manner. You failed. The tow company failed. Now I'm going to have to miss work tomorrow because I'll be way to tired to work around elderly people, and I can't risk anyone getting hurt because I might accidentally drop someone. Thanks a lot AAA!!! You just cost my family $160 in one days wages. Shame on you!!

      Better Business Bureau: Once/If resolved, I will mark as resolved. However, someone just called me, asked me what happened, and sent me an email asking if I had the information he requested, but I,don't know what he's talking about. I told him what happened, but I wasn't at home to give exact times of the issue. However I made it clear that it was all in the BBB report.
