    "July 2025 they were suppose to fix 2 sensors in my transmission and lied to warranty company saying gears slammed when shifting and this was a lie! They told me it was a new Remain manufactured transmission and come to find out about 6 months later they look at my transmission due to noises since they put it in and said per Ford policy it is normal to make some noises and I found out it is a used remanufactured transmission and refused to fix the transmission pump that they said was the cause of the pump and said a new policy that just came out right after I dropped it off says the dealership has to take apart transmission take pictures and send to tech in head quarters and refused to fix it saying there is alot of life left in the Transmission and I made it less then a month and now my transmission is blow and does not move forward or in reverse!" ...
