- We accept returns/exchanges of eligible products purchased in-store or on our website when they are returned to us in original condition no later than 5 days from the date you received your order along with the original receipt. You may choose to be issued an exchange or store credit. Ineligible products include:
-Custom Orders (Furniture, Rugs & Vinyls)
-Final Sale Items
-Floor Models
-Items Damaged Through Normal Wear & Tear
Purchases Returned for Price Adjustment
**Please note shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
Local area returns should be returned to the warehouse via customer drop off or delivery service (which will incur a return fee equivalent to the original delivery fee).
Outside of the local area, items must be shipped back to our warehouse. Please package the item(s) in original packaging or in a way to ensure safe transportation.

Once the merchandise is returned to our warehouse, we will inspect it and issue a credit accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit, so please ensure that the piece has been carefully wrapped and protected.
We will send you an e-mail confirmation once we have processed your return/exchange. Please be sure that you ship the item back so it's postmarked within the 5 day return window and can issue you a timely exchange. - Business Categories
