      AWFUL Customer Support. These people CANNOT SOLVE PROBLEMS. They are only capable of looking at the exact information (online) that the customer can already see, regurgitate it, and make up ******** excuses that make NO SENSE. Example: Order placed July 22nd. Label created on the 24th - SIX DAYS ago. *** says they never received the package from Kohl’s. Proper solution would be for the Kohl’s CS person to CONTACT the facility that created the label and advise them of the issue - and get that package moving. Per the CS rep(s), Kohl’s does not allow them to see where the package was fulfilled or the label created. They have no phone numbers and no way to contact their facilities. No way to ACTUALLY solve problems. There lame “solution” is to have me wait four more days and call back for a replacement. NOT VIABLE as the items are no longer in stock. I spend thousands of dollars at Kohl’s annually. I am DONE. I will no longer be shopping at this sorry excuse of a business.

      My daughter is a user on my account. She placed a 300+ order which they cancelled The order was supposed to receive $60 in kohls cash. She is traveling today and placed the cancelled order for her. I finally got the order see placed but the *** could not find a pair of similar shoes for me grandson. *** worthless. They wouldnt not honor kohls cash since todays order was out side of the time period for kohls cash. Less than 24 after the cancelled order. ****************. I had been a paying customer for over 15 years. There new ********************** card is a scam. Cheated out of $60 in kohls cash **************** Stinks!!!!!

      I ordered 6 towels may 26th for the towel sale, $26 total. I only received 2 towels and never received the other 4. When I called they said they were out of stock but would refund me for my full order (because who wants 2 towels that dont match the rest?) had to call again today to be told I will still be charged for those 2 towels AND the shipping and there is nothing I can do about it. After 45 minutes on the phone they gave me $10 kohls cash. To say this has been disappointing is an understatement.

      The Manager/ employee Christina was very rude and showing me attitude cause all I asked was If I can use my Kohls card 30% discount. She said you have to have your card. I said the other employee already found out by my number and was willingly giving me that discount so can I go to her and she said " Well I am her Boss" I said I don't want to purchase it and she said " that's fine. Bye". Very unprofessional and unexpected. wont go there again. Also after I moved she called that other nice cashier asking why she was giving me 30% off. I said She had much good attitude than you and may be you should learn some manners from her. She worked in Kohl's at ************************************************

      I have experienced very poor service as an online customer. I placed 4 orders in one week, all rejected canceled in minutes to hours of placing orders. At first, I thought it was a card issue. So I asked a family member to place the same order and use a different card- again immediately rejected. I called the customer service line 3xs and kept reading the same card to me that orders are subject for further review. I thought it was an inventory problem?Then I transferred to a specialist who repeated the same phrase about a purchase is subject to further review. She asked if she could place my last order for me? Hmm so they do have items in stock. I said Yes, please do push the order through. She asked if she could place last weeks orders for me? No because I went to a different store, since I was experiencing such difficulties with original orders! My biggest concern is that they still have not refunded my first rejected order. It is still pending. It went from 5 days to 7 days now how long do I have to wait?! All the rejected orders after that did not get placed on a hold like this! However, now I have had a terrible experience shopping at kohls online. Wheres my refunded money?! I dont want to speak to a specialist exhaustively repeating phrases off a card! Worst online store experience!

      i had thought i iput a order thru the kohls complicated system a day ago. i didnt receive any message about it over the holiday followed up. trey told me it wasn't there and all my $400 in kohls cash i used had expired. because of some ne policy they could not reissue the k cash and now i am out $400 for my kids school clothes and i will let everyone know. what a horrible company and policy thing to do to people. stop making awful decisions and horrible commercials and do the right things 4 your customers. just an awful thing to do to a family right before school way to show the community support.       DO NOT SHOP THERE!!! I made two online purchases In June and wasn't able to pick them up from the store, so the orders expired. I reviewed two E-mails from the company stating that I'll be refunded for the orders. My Kohl's account says the order on June 13, 2025 was not picked up, but the order on June 14, 2025 says I picked it up on June 28, 2025. Kohl's Sent two E-mails confirming that the orders were never picked up and will be refunded, however someone accessed my account after the E-mails were sent and FRAUDULENTLY adjusted one order. They refused to refund my money for both orders even though one of the orders says I didn't pick it up and I have the E-mails stating that the orders were never picked up. I was forced to file a claim with my financial institution, so hopefully they can resolve this matter. The store manager was awful, customer service was a disgrace, and their customer service supervisors are CRIMINALS.

      I had received $10 Kohl's cash and placed an order on January 3, 2025. For some reason, the Kohl's website did not redeem all the cash and left over $2.03 that I would have to pay. I was doing this at 11 pm. I thought it would be fixed at the store or online, however, I found at later that no one wanted to fix my problem. Prior to going to the store, I chatted with Ramona who said the store manager would have to fix it. I asked for the store manager and they said they do not do anything with the Kohl's cash and I would have to chat online. I came home and I was angry so I did the chat again sometime around 2 pm and I chatted with a male who said that I could get $5 Kohl's cash for my inconvenience. I told him that I do not frequent Kohl's and he agreed to give me a refund. Now of course, Kohl's has no record of this chat and I do not have written evidence. I have been in and out of the hospital and was not able to review my statements to see if Kohl's gave me the refund which it did not. I chatted with someone on June 26, 2025 and they said they could do nothing for me and that the store is responsible. I called on June 26, 2025. I spoke to two different individuals who said the store is responsible for the refund. I called the store and spoke to Taz on June 26, 2025 and again, she says they don't handle Kohl's cash or refunds and that corporate had to do it. I tried to dispute the payment with my credit card company but too much time had gone by. I would like my $2.03 back from what that should have been given me in the first place. The last person I talked to said she was from corporate. I asked for someone above her and she said there was no one except her. I see there is a leadership team on the website and I am being told that no one can fix it - not the store or online. As a result of this bureaucracy and the money that is owed to me, I would like to open a complaint against Kohl's because I have exhausted all avenues to get my money back.

      worst customer service for kohls.com sent my homebound sister who lives in ** and I in ******* a pair of shoes she requested she was sent the wrong size and lace-up instead of slip-on 3x I requested by phone a prepaid "paid by me" return label that I could eather mail to her or they could send it by mail to her as she cannot leave the house each time I was assured by customer support they will email me the label all they sent was a copy of the pusches order, never again
