      I ordered products from Kohl’s online they charged me. made a slip and never sent the product, trying to contact them after waiting 14 days for the product to come in. That never came. They told me I had to wait another two days past the date of delivery when it did not come in. I contacted them again. Told me they would give me a credit but I had to wait another 7 to 10 days. This is unacceptable and you can’t talk to anybody. Everything is done on a chat Ian the assistant doesn’t understand what you’re talking about and then when you do get a person online, they just want to get rid of you by telling you they’ll send you a refund in 7 to 10 business days, this is unacceptable. They should not have taken the money if they didn’t have the product and if they’re using a third-party, then they still should be responsible for that third-party not delivering the products I will never shop or do business with Kohl’s online or in store again?

      I dont typically order from Kohls but i decided to for Black Friday. I earned $30 kohls cash , I am unfamiliar with Kohls cash. Mine expired I called to get assistance to apply the $30. The associate was unwilling to help me. I really wanted the items I chose so I am truly disappointed as this was a Christmas gift to myself. The items I ordered during Black Friday will be returned and I will never shop at Kohls again. There are too many companies to shop from. For Kohls to loose a customer for $30 is crazy. Please do better Kohls .

      Kohls has gotten into the business of Fraud - the Kohls Cash is a gimmick to refund less than the amount paid for on any item. I recently purchased 3 dresses on Kohls online that recommended sizing up a size and so I did, but when I received it, it was way too big, and so I asked for an exchange and they said it would be instore return and re-order. However, in store return- I only got 26$ for dresses that I had paid over 42$ since they had issued Kohls cash - but guess what when I re-order the items online, I pay over 42$ again!!! Rip off - not to mention horrible customer service

      Ordered 1 item 12/2/25 expected delivery 12/9/25. It’s now 12/11/25 my item still hasn’t been shipped. Customer service is no help. I don’t want a refund i want my item delivered. I ordered 10items from bath and body works 12/5/25 my items were delivered 12/8/25 with standard shipping. Kohl’s this is unacceptable apologies won’t work do better.

      Kohls online customer service is AWFUL. Had to talk to 2 Agents that didn't know what they were doing all over an order that was in PRE-Shipment meaning it hasn't shipped yet it was order November 24th. No one wanted to refund my money keep telling me to call my bank for a dispute knowing it locks your account till the dispute is over. I asked mult times to talk to s supervisor and ONE WAS NOT AVAILABLE. Go figure. After being on the phone for over an hour with second agent i refused to hang up till I spoke to a supervisor would sit on the phone all night if need be. He finally gave me a refund. This just goes to show how KOHLS really feels about their customers.

      I placed a nearly $70 order with Kohls online. The delivery company they used, REMOVED, dropped my package off at the wrong house. I was able to tell by the proof of delivery photo, which was clearly taken at a different address. REMOVEDsaid they couldnt do it anything and suggested I contact Kohls directly. I explained this to Kohls over their customer service chat. They were unhelpful and refused to take responsibility. They declined to give me a refund or replace the items and said my only option was to dispute the charge with my credit card company. They just kept telling me it was delivered. I said yes, it was delivered somewhere, but not to me. Why should I be responsible for merchandise I never received through no fault of my own? I figured it would be a straight-forward case with Discover, but Kohls fought my claim and kept saying I received the package. Discover sided with Kohls, despite me providing REMOVEDMaps photos of my house, which looks nothing like the one in the delivery photo. After my dispute failed a second time, Discover suggested I reach out to Kohls again. This time I called instead of using their instant messager, and after 30+ minutes on the phone, they finally agreed to give me a refund. I have no idea why they didnt just do that in the first place. They also didnt offer anything to try to make it right, like a coupon or Kohls Cash.

      I have recently attempted to purchase a mens fragrance from Kohls. I received an email stating that the item I had on a wishlist was available and that its price was dropped. From Originally $125.00 to $87.50. I was excited that I saw this as a great deal. I made sure I regale this email carefully and make sure that the email was legit. It was from Kohls legit email notification and read carefully the fine print, it did not say excluded brand, you need so many rewards points and did not say you cannot use a discount coupon on top of that price. I clicked on the item from the email and it was still showing $13-15 short. But I wanted what was sent to me via email, I was wishing they honored that price.. so I spoke to a customer representative and explained to them what the situation was and if they can resolve that. All I got from them was excuses why they couldnt not honor it. The email did not have any expiration or timeline to purchase. They tried to say it was a cyber Monday deal which the email was sent on Thursday so that would be wrong and the most famous line is that it is against policy to.I was very disappointed with their CS, But I did review Kohls REMOVEDreviews and they are very poor so my expectation was very low now. I asked for a supervisor thinking that I would be able to get some type of deal or compensation or some empathy because I did not send out an error email with a price that they will not honor. Their competitors are better at resolving these type of issues than they are because even REMOVEDor target went on this email, regardless of any situation I named and I have had experience with those retailers showing a bit of courtesy towards our customers. I was hoping that the supervisor would be able to override and give me the price from the email, but they made it even more frustrating as they were stating the same thing and this is a supervisor position where you can make over-rides if there is proof which I showed.

      I placed an order online using my Kohl’s credit card. I’ve been a loyal Kohl’s customer for years. I ordered two gifts for my mom and brother, and I received an email confirming they had shipped—but to the wrong address. I reached out through the online chat and spoke with a representative named Victoria, who was not helpful and essentially told me there was nothing that could be done. Now, it appears that someone else may receive over $200 worth of gifts, while I’m left without my order and possibly without a refund. I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and with the lack of support provided to a long-time customer.

      Terrible customer service. I was checking out before 11pm CST (even though I didn't know prices change at that time since my coupon was still good until midnight), was alerted that an item wasn't available anymore in my purchase as I hit "submit order", went back to fix the cart of the unavailable item and the price went up on a toy that was a gift that was in my cart. Chatted with customer service representative and a manager for about 45 minutes and they said they cannot help me, cannot issue a price adjustment for some ridiculous reason, can't price match another store that had the toy for regular full price for less than the recently changed price and told me that couldn't issue a credit or make up the difference in Kohl's cash. I had spent a chunk of time getting all my gifts together in the cart and was going to get $20 Kohl's cash but because of the price jump on the toy in a matter of minutes and their inability to help me out, I lost out on the purchasing the toy for a child and $10 of my Kohl's cash. I cannot believe that NO ONE was able to help me out by making this right. It is unbelievable that a large corporation is unable to make adjustments or honor the price minutes after it changed. How was I to know that the prices were changing at 11pm CST or that they wouldn't stay valid until the coupon expired at midnight. This will be my last purchase at Kohl's because the customer service was absolutely horrible.
