    Our non-profit ordered product through a third party that purchased from Badger Pipe. Our non-profit worked directly with Badger Pipe and the third party company to address shipping of the product. Badger Pipe supplied the wrong information that cost us an additional $6000 shipping. They were unprofessional and lied about sending the correct information. We found out after the fact that they were supposed to arrange shipping as part of their end of the purchase agreement. They have ceased contact with our non-profit despite our attempts to seek comment or come to a resolution. We have decided to cease any efforts to recover lost time and money as a result.

    This order was not purchased through us but through a dealer who buys from us. Shipping was arranged by the customer. Original estimate for the number of pallets was based on different sizes then was actually ordered. We communicated to the dealer that ordered from us the actual number of pallets that it ended up being and from the very beginning also indicated it would be a full truckload which in fact is what was shipped.
