      Excellent customer service. Fast communication. Easy to work with. Watches the property closely and questions things when it doesn't seem normal. Made me feel comfortable keeping my belongings there.

      **** *  This was my first time renting a storage unit. Curt was very helpful with getting me set up. He always got back to me with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend renting from him. Units are very clean.

      I have had a unit with BPM 360 storage for about a year now and its been amazing. The unit is perfect I have a 10x40 drive through unit. They are very friendly when they are on the property and say hi !

      Curt is very understanding of all situations, and is a great landlord to rent from. Either storage unit or rental properties. He is nice, considerate, and he keeps up maintenance on whatever needs fixed.
