From our first phone call, we knew we had found the right realtor! ******* was quick to respond, enthusiastic, and encouraging. ****** listened attentively to what we wanted. She adjusted our property search as she learned more about our wishes. We got wind of new listings immediately, certainly far earlier than we could have on our own. Our "bid" for our new home was accepted within two weeks of our first contact with *******! She skillfully guided us through the negotiation process, with an outcome that was pleasing to both buyer and seller. An added bonus: ******** joyful personality made the stressful situation downright fun.******* was very efficient and timely when communicating with us throughout the entire purchase transaction. She also made herself available whenever we requested her help. We bought our home without any surprises or last minute ******* about to meet deadlines. Finding myself in the uncomfortable position of needing to sell a property by long-distance to close an Estate, when the property was in ******* and I was in *** ******, Dan ****** came to my rescue. Besides being highly knowledgeable and personable, he understood the unique challenge I faced and made a plan that worked beyond my expectations for a Realtor. I had never before placed 'Realtor' in the helping professions category along with Physicians, Attorneys and Clergy, but Dan ****** definitely elevated his profession into that category in my mind. I cannot recommend him and his team enough. As a Physician myself, I recognize the character traits that make him truly exceptional!Mad City Dream Homes
