      Before I purchased a bike on Amazon, I asked about a part I wanted to replace and they told me what I needed and bought it on Ebay (no return), which was the wrong size. Contacted seller, no answer back. I contacted seller on Amazon 2 or 3 times with no reply. Contacted Schwinn. They said they would send me a check for part. That was 5-20-22. Now 6-8-22 and no check or word from Schwinn. I paid $32.50 for the part and was asking to maybe get $ 25.00 at least to get some of my money back.

      Finally received my check from Pacific Cycle/Schwinn. Still might be ***** of purchasing from them again in the future.

      I purchased a Tricycle from Pacific Cycle, it didn't come with all the parts to put it together. I contacted customer service to get the parts shipped to me & I haven't received them yet. The representative wasn't very nice, I asked to have my information repeated to ensure that she got it correct, only to be told that "she's got it". I had to email the company to get the missing parts, I'm waiting on a response. DO NOT BUY from this company. They don't care about the funding, they only care about the money. $589 & I still can't ride my tricycle.

      I ordered a bike back in January, it made horrible clicking sounds when you would rode it. I reached out and reported the issue. They sent me replacement parts which did not fix the problem. They offered to have the bike sent back to them and they would look at it. I was told the bike was destroyed in shipping. They sent a replacement bike which was on a long back order. Finally I receive the replacement bike at the end of April. After putting the bike together I discover that this replacement bike is ALSO making horrible clicking sounds when riding it. Ive reached out 15+ times by email and by calling. Ive mentioned I want my money back because Ive had a horrible experience several times. Ive come to the conclusion that they are ignoring me and the problem and are not standing behind their product. Here it is almost the end of May and I feel like I wasted a lot of money on a trash product.

      I have located five recent emails from Casey. We will reach out today to begin the return process for credit to be issued. We'll issue a call tag to bring the bike back to us, and credit will be issued to the original order once it's received.

      I purchased a Dodge Viper Kids Trax and there was a problem with it caused it not to start at all. I contacted 1 of your troubleshooting agent and she said the dashboard is the problem that caused it. I made a purchased to fix it but then I found out that wasn't the problem. So I contacted 1 of your agent again to return it. She was ok on everything and gave me the return order numbers. I went to **** to return it and it caused me about $30 to return an item that I bought from you for about $40. NOW YOU RETURN IT BACK TO ME CAUSE YOU DON'T WANT IT WITHOUT CONTACT ME FOR A ****** WHY OR REFUND TO ME."
