      I I had the pleasure of working with Ken and Michael at Carpets Plus for our *********** ******* reflooring project. The entire team was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the selection process—especially when it came to choosing the right color and, more importantly, the best flooring materials to fit our needs. Their expertise made the experience smooth and stress-free. Since then, I’ve recommended Carpets Plus to both friends and business associates, and I’ll continue to do so.       Built three homes in last 8 years and have used Csrpets Plus for each home. They have the selection I want and quality that new home buyers appreciate. They are excellent and cooperative to work with as each home they credit my account for any overage I didnt use. Their installers are prompt and get the job done on time and clean up after each installation. Will be starting a new home soon and Carpet Plus is where I go for my flooring needs.

      Carpets Plus is my go-to for all flooring needs because they are locally owned and their customer service standard is above & beyond. Whereas a lot of flooring companies are looking to make a quick sale, you can tell the C+ team really cares about my unique situation--like how the products will hold up with my kids, dogs, etc over time. I want something affordable but also want something durable and sustainable. It's refreshing to know there are still companies around that believe in excellent follow up service as well!

      We recently had our fireplace redone after a poor initial installation during our build process, and we couldn't be happier with the results from Carpets Plus of Wisconsin. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding—responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure we were satisfied. Michael, Ken and their entire team were exceptional and went out of their way to ensure we were satisfied with the end result. What really stood out was the team's exceptional attention to detail. They not only corrected the previous mistakes but did so while taking every precaution to protect our hardwood floors and built-in cabinets. The care and craftsmanship they brought to the project have completely transformed our living space. Highly recommend!

      My Carpets Plus experience was a nightmare from the beginning to the end. 10/17/24 hardwood arrived My salesperson assured me that their installers of my hardwood floors had 20 years experience. When 4 Mexicans, who only spoke broken English and were maybe 30 years old (if that) came to my door for installation on 10/22/24 I sent them away. Evidently they WERE my installers. 1st of all My salesman ordered the wrong amount of hardwood. After 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were installed with tons of mistakes, the 2nd shipment of wood that came after 1.5 weeks was wrong. I finally called a manager. Waiting for a 3rd shipment took over a week again. I had to empty 3 bedrooms out TWICE!! Plus 2 toilets removed TWICE!! Then I find out the installers they assigned only do ceramic. A total tear out had to be done. DON'T GO THERE! I got my money back and went with a different company. The best thing that happened from this experience was getting a refund. I should have charged extra for damages to my woodwork and being inconvenienced for 2.5 months. I have pictures if anyone needs proof of this experience. As of 12/9/24 I was still without flooring until my new company started. I have a referral for this new company that's doing amazing work if you'd like.
