    I hired two workers for 3 hours to help load a moving truck.Only one worker showed up, and my wife and I were forced to do the labor of the 2nd worker.The owner claims he called the worker to ask if we were OK with just one worker. The worker never passed the message along, because he wanted to receive the full pay of two workers The owner never contacted me directly to offer an explanation or offer another worker to come.When I called the owner the next day, he was extremely rude and refused to refund me the cost of the worker who didnt show up.Bottom line is I paid for two workers, and the owner of the company only delivered 50% of the labor-this is false advertising or not completing the job as promised He has made zero effort to apologize or refund me; he wanted me to call HIS worker and have the worker ***** me. I do not have a business agreement with this individual worker; I have an agreement with the company.The company needs to take the lead and reimburse me
