  Working with Terry was an absolute pleasure. She helped me immensely in registering trademarks for my UK company in the US, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Terry is not only extremely knowledgeable—her understanding of trademark law and the filing process is second to none—but she also has a rare ability to explain complex matters in a way that is clear and easy to grasp. What really stood out was her responsiveness: she replied promptly to every email and question, even after the trademarks were filed, ensuring that I felt supported every step of the way. Unlike many professionals , Terry was approachable, always available when needed, and incredibly easy to connect with. In contrast to a previous lawyer who became unreachable midway through the process, Terry guided me seamlessly through all stages, making sure I always had someone reliable to turn to.   Terry is wonderful! She helped me understand copyright laws and what I can do to protect myself and my work while venturing into a new side business.   Terry ***** is as good an attorney as I’ve ever worked with, and I’ve been in the business world for a long time. Her knowledge around Intellectual Property is second to none, and she has the gift of being able to explain it in a very succinct and understandable manner, which is very noteworthy and much appreciated. On top of all of that, she is very responsive, keeps her word on follow ups, and makes sure you fully understand what is being explained. I’ve found her to be extremely easy to work with that includes a positive, problem-solving demeanor. At this point, I wouldn’t go to another IP attorney other than her.

  I do not write rave reviews on people, but in this instance, I felt like I should do so. I was a former CPA for 27 years and Realtor since 2005, owning my own real estate firm. So, I am not an easy person to please. I am in a new area with a very complex arrangement where the owner developer controls most of the 1,500 listings in the area. I have been trying to develop a website that would be at least informative and not cause the 600-pound gorilla to come after me because of my website. If I had put my website out as I had worked it up, I would have crushed the copyright laws as they applied to the developer and I would have been in a world of trouble.
  Fortunately, I decided to go on ****** ****** and asked some basic questions. Terry ***** with Schiehallion IP Consulting, LLC answered my questions and the more we got into the details of the situation the more I knew I was in over my head. Terry took control and found documents prepared by the developer that outlined what I could and could not do as a Realtor on my website. We then went over several of the various documents I had prepared previously and reworked them to follow the guidelines that Terry found. She was always very prompt in responding to my questions and was there to give me advice during the whole process.
  In the end Terry sent an email to the developer with copies of the documents that we had prepared and requested they review them and give us feedback. I could not have been happier when they got back with us and said what we had sent in would pass their guidelines. Now all I have to do is go back and revise 170+ documents and flyers to fit the outline that we had worked up.
  I highly recommend that you contact Terry if you have any copywrite issues.

  I highly recommend Teresa for her excellent work on several projects. She was thorough and knowledgeable, and helped me avoid mistakes in our agreements with small- and medium-sized companies.
