    I switched to State Farm insurance in Summer 2023 - purchased auto insurance (2 vehicles) homeowners insurance, and pet insurance. Got a notice from my mortgage company a month or so after notifying me I did not have homeowner's insurance and was in violation of my mortgage agreement. Immediately called the Tyler Peterson State ************* they had not properly submitted my homeowners insurance, had not caught it or notified me it was caught - I had paid for my homeowners/car/pet insurance in full. They said they would "fix it" - in order to do it, it was a complex process where they would issue a refund and then re-bill. I was issued the refund and was never re-billed for my homeowners insurance. I went to pay my auto policy/homeowners insurance at the end of Dec 2023 to ensure I was squared up going into ****. I noticed my homeowners insurance was NOT listed in my portal. I called Tyler Peterson State *********** on 12/21/2023 and left a voicemail that I was concerned and needed this resolved, also needed to update my homeowners policy for my living revocable trust. Never received a call back. Called again on 12/28/2023 and spoke with the office assistant who assured be that Office Manager **** would call be before EOD 12/29/2023. Never received a phone call. I called today 01/05/2023 again. Spoke with Office Assistant ****, who assured me now that I would receive a phone call at 1:30pm CST today to have this resolved, however at this point I am in skeptical at best that this will occur. Tyler Peterson himself needs to give me a call and explain why his office staff are not returning customer phone calls in a timely manner, why my homeowners insurance policy, that was paid in full, has now been "messed up" by billing twice, and why his team is not auditing customer records to catch billing errors such as this. I also want Tyler Peterson to personally confirm that there is no lapse in coverage to any of my aforementioned insurance policies.
