      Car was totaled in an accident (not at fault). Midvale insurance will not pay me what my car is selling for on autotrader.com or cars.com. Had brand new tires on it, they threw in $200 for it. They need to pay me the amount that it would cost for me to buy a car like it, not a randomly selected lower number.

      I got it worked out with a manager and was able to come to an agreement on cost of my car.

      I canceled my auto insurance with this company and was not insured by them during the period they have billed me for. I can prove no money was given to them and they never had anything refunded back to me to create this balance. Ive called multiple times and have filed multiple requests to correct this issue because its severely affecting my credit score. No one at this company cares about me and no one will ever call me back for resolution. They are being fraudulent.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      I do not accept Midvales response to the fraudulent behavior.  I have called them multiple times on this issue and filed multiple complaints over the past months.  They were given multiple opportunities to correct the issue privately and they said multiple times they were making it a priority to fix the issue and that they would call me to resolve the issue and they have not done so.  That being said, I see that their response is that they are going to call me again and they want this case closed and they wont post the details of my case on BBB because they are protecting me and my information?  I want the details of my case put on the BBB website so everyone knows how I was treated during this matter so people can be held accountable.  This is the same company that just had a major security breach and no one could access their account details for weeks when you called them.  This has gone on for too long.  Beware

      I bought insurance from them on10/01/2022 and they canceled my insurance the next day without telling me. I found out because the tag office send me a letter and they said i did have insurance and to go to the tag office and fix it. When i told them it said its canceled they said they would send the paper work back to them, but informed that i was insured. Later i found out that nothing was fixed when I got pulled over by the officer and that i had penaltys from the tag office. They never wanted to give a refund and didn't pay me for the penaltys. So i called ny bank and showed them the proof on what i am saying. They gave me my money they did a 2 months investigaton. And now midvale insurance is demanding the money back and sending letter threating to go to collection

      Midvale Home and Auto never submitted a charge for an auto-renewal policy according to my bank. However, Midvale claimed they did--then later told me my card had expired. Again, my credit card instituation, CitiBank did not receive any request for payment. Payment was not received and they canceled my policy. Midvale claimed they sent me a warning letter, which I did not receive.As a result of insurance lapsing, I was fined by AZ motor vehicle division, and my renewal insurance rates skyrocketed because I had "lack of coverage." When I asked Midvale about re-instating they said company policy did not permit, even if they failed to charge on an auto-renewal. They said it was up to me to insure Midvale was paid. I guess "Auto renewal" does not mean anything -- and it cost me hundreds once my policy was canceled. I had been a loyal customer for years.Also interesting that ********************** system is frequently down. It took a few calls at differnt times of the day to get my account to pull up. I think some governing board ought to investigate their data.

      Not happy with this company horrible customer service. $56 stolen from my account on 10.04.2021 quoted $322 yet $375 taken. I despise liars and thieves. I explained what happened and received excuse after excuse not one apology nor did they own up to their mistakes poor customer service. If Im going to be lied to and treated like trash then I will take my business elsewhere. It seems to be illegal to tell me that my quoted price of $322 will not change yet it has in the middle of my policy..WOW.LIARS AND THIEVES.

      I got an email in April that said it was from an insurance company with Gm fin, that they were working with OnStar and offering insurance later on gm finical confirmed that was a lie. But before i found that out i called because i have an on star device in my car and thought ok insurance and the device in one bill. Later i found out on star is ONLY the device payment they do not offer insurance. the company changed names 4 times from OnStar to Midvale, family insurance, on insurance. I felt i was scammed my bank did get me back to 398 for down payment i tried to call them to cancel but number was disconnected no one responded to emails i sent. Now i get a collection notice of $510.42 they want me to pay i only had them for 4 days i went back to state farm after seeing the red flags of this scam. They lied with the email being sent out in the very begging they are not with gm i had confirmed and they are not on star. I'm not giving them no money and i don't want it on my credit report.

      As long as I'm out of the collections department for something that was not in my control with company being honest about the real company name I will be happy with that. Also I only was insured with them for 4 days then went back to my other insurance company.
