              THEIR MORONIC COMPUTER WILL NOT CALL MY HOME PHONE WITH A VERIFICATION CODE SO THAT I CAN ACCESS MY ACCOUNT!!!! I DO NOT OWN CELL PHONE BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WORKNOUT HERE ON MYB RANCH!!! I HAVE BEEN HAVING THISPROBLEM EVER SONCE THESE IDIOTS IMPLEMENTED THEIR TWO-STEP VERIFICATION SYSTEM!!! MY HUSBAND, A 100% DISABLED VETERAN HAS BEEN TREATED LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN WHEN HE HAS CALEDD COUNTLESS TI0MES OVER THE PASRT7 8 MONTHS TRFYING TO STRAIGHTEN THIS PROBLEM OUT!!! WE HAVE CALLED OUR DEALER FOR HELP AND **** DEERE FINANCIAL HAS LIED TO THEM ABOUT GETTING THE PROBLEM RESEOLVED!!! THEY ALSO HAVE CHARGED US FOR AN OUTBOARD MOTOR AND **** DEERE DOES NOT SELL THEM!!! THAT IS FRASUDAND WILL BE DEALT WITH THROUGH THE COURTS AS A FRAUD!! THIS IS ABOUT LACK OF COMPUTER ACCESSD TO OUR ACCOUNTS!! WHICH UNDER ************ LAW MAY BE CRIMINAL AS WELL!!! RIGHT NOW WE WANT TO USE THE BBB TO RESOLVE THIS MATTER!!!

              John Deere Financial does not offer a way for a customer to pay a revolving account from their financial institution. I need John Deere Financial ABA routing number to setup auto payments from my bank, and John Deere does not provide this ABA routing number to customers? I purchased a $10,000 zero turn mower and clearly asked if I would be able to make 2 week payments to John Deere from my **** account. I am now unable to make payments from my **** account to John Deere because John Deere will not provide me with their ABA routing number. I will be returning this Zero Turn mower for a full refund. Very disappointed with John Deere
